I come down from Ventura to see "Shady", and his name couldn't be more ironic, because there's nothing shady about him or his work. He's been maintaining my 2005 Lexus SC430 and has saved me a boatload of money on repairs and maintenance over the years. He's respectful, friendly, and clearly takes pride in getting things right. My most recent service made the car run like it did when it was new. The engine is humming smoothly again, something I've honestly NEVER experienced after a repair or routine maintenance anywhere else and I've owned this car since 2007. They gave me a rough estimate of $450 and told me to bring in the car the next day, because it was likely I didn't need the repair. Really happy with my experience at Williams Automotive. My radiator randomly blew during lunch one…read moreday and I had coolant everywhere. I had no idea where to take my car on such short notice, but I called them and they told me to bring it in so they could take a look. The next morning Scott called me and explained what needed to be done. I gave them the okay, and my car was ready just a few hours later. I also looked around and got a few quotes from other shops just to see if the price was fair, and Williams Automotive ended up being the best price by far. They also let me know my transmission fluid was really dark, which honestly wasn't surprising since I had never changed it. I came back for that service and an oil change, and once again everything was done quickly and for a really good price. Everyone I've dealt with there has been friendly and helpful. So I called around for estimates on an oil change and tire rotation. I had even set an appointment for Mountain View Tire. As my appointment date got closer I got nervous as I read the reviews on Mountain View and decided to jump ship. I called BBT and asked for a quote and told the rep that my last visit was $300. He looked me up in the system and explained to me the break down of that service and that it was the wheel alignment charge not the tire rotation since that is free; that made my service bill a little high. He quoted me the price for an oil change on my SUV and said the tire rotation was fee. He scheduled me an appointment for Saturday. I walked in for my appointment and was helped immediately. I waited for my SUV to be done and the Jonathan gave me a discount for having to wait a bit longer than expected. I was really impressed by that because I wasn't expecting a discount but I really appreciate the excellent service and value of my time.
