Tilapia special. The fish is under that pile of onions.

My husband had a chicken burrito and I had grilled tilapia. Everything was bland. Absolutely zero flavor. Not even a hint of salt. We won't be back.

Food and service were fantastic. Some of the best tacos I've had will be back highly recommend.

I've discovered that when I hand…read moreover a pre-game $10 cash tip before sitting down, magically the dirty tables get cleaned, the forks stop looking like they lost a bar fight, and the "30-45 minute estimated wait" doesn't turn into a semester abroad. Weird how that works. Especially in a mostly self-service setup where the "team experience" is supposedly what we're tipping for in the first place. Now, the place itself? Always a vibe. The ambiance is a consistent 10. Hanging flowers everywhere, riverfront energy, live music, sunshine, cold beer, people laughing like they don't have mortgages... it's basically Pinterest with an IPA tap list. The taco salad? Meh. The $14 "large" version looked like inflation personally assembled it. Nothing offensive, just forgettable. Cincinnati has better versions of that exact thing hiding in random strip malls next to vape stores and tax prep offices. Oddly enough, some of their other salads are actually much better. And salads at other Milford establishments rock...but it's not about the food. The Hawaiian pizza also came out looking like it attended the meeting but didn't contribute. Crust was underdone, chewy, and about as flavorful as a city council subcommittee. To be fair, I've had better pizzas here before, so maybe order it well done and pray over it briefly. But honestly? Nobody comes here because Anthony Bourdain's ghost whispered about the taco salad. You come for the atmosphere. The people. The flowers. The live music. The river. The one perfect cold beer from the homemade beer list that hits after a long day and briefly convinces you your life is organized. And in fairness... sometimes that's enough. and my wife loves this location.

It's on the bike trail which makes it very convenient and fun. Honestly, I've never heard of it but when we stopped, I was amazed with the location and feel to this place. Very outdoorsy and family oriented. You pull up and see a barn and a beautiful backyard. Feels like you at home. We had to check out the food menu! They have appetizers, salads, wings, sandwiches, and burgers. Your basic pub and grub. They have a really great craft beer selection. Especially on tap. We ordered: -2 Hazy Pale Ale 2026 Collab -BLT-A: Apple wood smoked bacon, Lettuce, tomatoes, avocado spread, served with marble rye bread They were slammed when we got there for lunch. But we still managed to get our food right away and it was delicious! The fries were coated and had great flavor and loved our sandwich. The avocado spread was fresh. Savannah our beertender was our server and she was kicking some major ass at the bar handling the bar and long lines by herself. Definitely on point and wish all bartenders were as attentive as she was. This was a really great experience and I can't wait to come back when we ride out on our bikes again. This is worth the trip.

We were both pretty excited to try it too because it looked so cool and laid back. Definitely bicyclist friendly since it's right next to a bike trail. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially the bartender Savannah, who was pouring pints like a pro. We decided to get a bite to eat there too to keep us going for the rest of the trail to Cartridge Brewing. Their menu is pretty big with lots of pub grub options from salads, sandwiches, wings, nachos, and so much more. We both had a pint on the Sip Trip hazy IPA and split a BLT-A sandwich with fries. Even though they were busy, we didn't wait long. The fries were hot and seasoned perfectly. The BLT-A was delicious and hit the spot for sure. My fiancee enjoyed it all too. This is absolutely a spot worth a drive or a bike trip.

Every dish was unique and packed with flavor. The lobster may be the best in town--buttery, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The short rib mac and cheese was pure comfort food elevated to another level, with rich, melted cheese and a side of homemade tomato sauce that added an unexpected burst of flavor. The real surprise of the night was the potato cake. Whether it's a secret menu item or not, it deserves a permanent spot on the menu. The combination of crispy potato cake, creamy goat cheese, and sweet apple butter was absolutely incredible and unlike anything we've had before. This restaurant continues to impress us with its creativity, quality, and outstanding service. We can't wait for our next visit.

If you haven't been to MPH Brewing in Montgomery, you're either stuck in traffic... or parked…read moresomewhere three blocks away wondering if this place is really worth the walk. Spoiler: it is. The only real complaint here is that the parking situation occasionally resembles a Black Friday doorbuster...,,except instead of discounted TVs, you're fighting for proximity to exceptional beer and people who actually seem glad you showed up. From the moment you walk in, you get hit with something rare these days: genuine, unscripted hospitality. Sierra, the general manager, runs the place with the kind of quiet authority that says, "Yes, we're in control....and yes, you're going to enjoy yourself." She's sharp, composed, and clearly the reason everything hums instead of hiccups. Then there's Maddie...her sister....who is essentially a human champagne cork. Every interaction pops, sparkles, and somehow gets more entertaining the longer you're around her. Watching Sierra and Maddie interact is like seeing discipline and delightful chaos shake hands and decide to run a brewery together. The result? A place that feels both dialed-in and alive. Caroline deserves her own headline. Not just pleasant...precision-level accommodating. The kind of service where you don't have to ask twice, and usually don't even have to ask once. She and Maddie made sure we were completely taken care of out on the porch, including getting a fire going when the temperature dipped into that sneaky "do I need a jacket or not?" zone. That's not service..,.that's anticipation. The food? Legitimately strong. The prosciutto and fig jam pizza hits that perfect balance of sweet, salty, and "why did we not order two of these?" Their salads don't feel like a punishment, and the sandwiches,,..let's just say people aren't exaggerating. You'll see tables guarding them like trade secrets. Now the beer....this is where MPH separates itself from the "nice patio, average product" crowd you find scattered along certain nearby river-adjacent zones. These beers don't just show up,,.they perform. Clean, well-crafted, and across a lineup that feels like a brewmaster who knows exactly what he's doing and isn't guessing. You could drop several of these into a national competition and they wouldn't just participate--they'd make noise. What stands out most is the environment. Relaxed without being lazy, energetic without being chaotic. If the weather cooperates, sitting outside is one of the most enjoyable, almost unfairly pleasant experiences you'll find in Montgomery. There's really nothing else like it in the immediate area, it's not trying to copy anything, and that's exactly why it works. Bottom line: MPH Brewing is what happens when ownership hires well, trains well, and then gets out of the way of good people doing good work. Just plan your parking strategy like you're invading Normandy--or bring comfortable shoes. Either way, you'll leave glad you made the effort.

To say I was blown away was an understatement. The decor is super cool with flamingos everywhere, fun lights and colors that all bring that beachy and fun kinda Miami esc vibe. We shared a few different plates including the cuban (yum) so crispy and hot. The yucca fries were very fun and they had a great spicy mayo that was the best dip. The highlight of our experience was the grilled mac n cheese. We were a bit suspicious because how can you make mac n cheese Miami like or beachy. But we decided to try it. It was the best decision ever. It was cut into two thick pieces and grilled with. creme fraiche and some sort of green onion sauce on top. Literally wow, it was insanely good and so different but in the best way. Make sure to check out their house made hot sauce. I'm glad I came here to experience this because of how high the ratings were but if I'm being honest, the flavors didn't hit the spot for me. Great decor and great vibe! The service was pretty fast.
