While waiting I walked around the restaurant and noticed they have an area in the back where you take a picture on a throne chair. There's also a lot of Jamaican flags displayed in the restaurant. Our food came out pretty fast, less than 10 minutes after ordering. We were taking our food home and we live maybe 10 minutes away. The jerk chicken was really good and I enjoyed the cabbage and greens as well. My mom said she wasn't a fan of the cabbage last time she had it as it was still too crunchy for her, but that this time it was cooked to her liking. I brought some home and literally had to hide my leftovers from my daughters because they kept trying to eat my food. I've also had their beef soup (the short rib soup), and it's one of my favorites. It was busy at lunchtime, but it gave us time to reflect on the hard work that led to two of my daughters matching in great residency programs. Two years ago, we also celebrated another amazing match day with a friend who flew in from San Francisco to help our family celebrate. I had the San Pedro Maduro.
