Elegant and small, but well decorated restaurant in De Diego Avenue with Valet Parking. Better make reservations in rush hours. Excellent service with a well balanced menu. We had the shrimps in coconut simply delicious. My fish (branzino) in almonds was superb combined with mashed veggies, broccoli couldn't be better. My old times favorite the rice with crabs also delicious. My wife was also very pleased with her selection. We usually don't hace dessert due to lack of extra space ... but thank God we shoot for it. The Tres Leches was the Best we have ever had!!!! Price vs value/quality : Easy a five

I LOVE seafood so I entered this place hoping for a great meal. I wasn't disappointed. The ambiance is great. It's modern, classy, and the service is great. I had the sea bass. It was really good. I enjoyed the mashed malanga as a dude along with cooked (but not overly cooked veggies). Hubby had churrasco and tostones and he said it was the best he has had so far in the island. That means a lot since he LOVES meat. I was disappointed in the sangria. They mostly sold wine by the bottle so we opted for the sangria. It was ok but I didn't love it. They have valet parking, which is a plus since store front parking is limited. Not a place I would bring my kids too eat, but definitely nice for dining with other adults.

It's a seafood restaurant full of different selections. I liked its ambiance; very contemporary. The food was good and the portion size was big.

Overall everything that we had was good. The coconut shrimp was fresh, a decent sized portion and also tasty. The coconut rice bowl which I ordered was also good - the flavours from the various ingredients were good, but not as powerful as I would have hoped. Overall is was a healthy and light meal nonetheless- which was good as we were headed to the beach right afterwards.

The first visit, we had a few of the local beers and I also had a frozen monkey lala. I was informed it was the strongest drink they have and it tasted dangerously good (didn't taste boozy). Of the local breweries, we liked Ocean Lab. To eat, we saw someeone else get the onion dip so we had to also. It was soooo good. The 2nd visit we went after a day of beaching and were happy to be able to use their rinse-off station out front (such a cool idea). To eat, I had a buffalo chicken sandwich and my fiance had the chicken tendies with mac and cheese. All were really good but I think the best entrees at our table were probably the salads but everything was really good. Overall, somewhere I'd go hang if I lived in Vieques and would be happy to visit again. They did have the cleanest bathroom of any of the places I ate in all of Puerto Rico.

I opted for the coconut mahi as my protein and omg it was so good! If you like coconut shrimp this is right up your alley. They let you top the bowl off with as many toppings as you'd like off their list. I have to admit I decided to go with almost all and they all worked so well together. The veggies brought a nice crunch while the fruit gave it that sweetness it needed. The price was super reasonable as well. My boyfriend got the mahi pinchos with fries and he loved it. I did sneak a few fries and they were so nice and crispy and had a truffle flavor to them I wasn't expecting! Our server was super nice too. I cant wait to come back!

The food is quite tasty; however, their service sucks big time. They just hired a new manager with very poor customer service skills, which left me with a bad experience overall. Last week, I ordered a simple wrap, and after an hour, I was still waiting. I told the manager, and he said it was coming after he packed several to-go orders. I went inside to check, and they dismissed me, never checking my order back in the kitchen. I had no choice but to leave the place, and I plan never to go back. So sad cause they lost a steady weekly customer.

When we saw this place and the menu we decided to try it. Our server Kike was great! Very friendly and efficient. He also made the BEST n/a mojito I've ever had. It was so perfectly limey and minty and refreshing. It was days ago and I'm still thinking about it. lol. We ordered sliders, a plain cheeseburger with fries, cheese pizza and rice and beans. It is one of my recommended spots in PR, especially for when you're getting a little mofongo'd out. Many of the spots you'll see in San Juan are "bars" (more like "drink stations for tourists") that serve some select foods. La Tortuga stood out as it's a restaurant that also happens to have a bar. In our weeks visit, that was the first one we had seen! The service was friendly and fast, with all speaking fluent English. The restaurant is geared towards tourists with an English menu, but prices weren't gouging and the food was delicious. I was craving one last beef empanada before our flight home, and was disappointed to see that these were alternative versions of empanadas... but, was happy to see they were cubano- a hybrid of two of my favorite things! The cubano empanada was grilled as opposed to fried, which was *delicious*. An absolute must try in SJ. My husband ordered the bacon and egg breakfast sandwich- no flavor. Do not recommend. However, I also wouldn't recommend ordering American food outside of the mainland :) I ordered the tostones montaditos... arguably the most flavorful dish I had ordered in PR so far. Absolutely delicious! The pulled pork was rich, topping three plantain chips were more than enough for me for a meal.

This trip…read moretook me to St. Thomas, and being an island community, it also meant seafood, which I love and is hard to come by in Phoenix, AZ. The Fish Market sits on the beach at the bottom of the Elysian Hotel. While you can walk there, it's a long, winding road through the hotel grounds. While I want to say we were met with a warm island welcome, instead, we were met by a grouchy young lady who seemed less than happy to be working or enjoying her day. On a positive note, our waitress, Kieke, was delightful and sweet and a complete opposite from the hostess. As for the food, let me be honest when I say it was one of the top two seafood meals I've had in my life. I got the crab-stuffed grouper with broccolini and couscous. It was cooked perfectly and had a sauce that was delicious! At the end of the day, this was a great experience, and if you can get down to the restaurant (which is a hike), you will absolutely enjoy the meal and ask for Kieke and ignore the rude hostess.

Both were really good; the nachos were super fresh and flavorful with a nice mix of textures, and the scramble was light but still filling with plenty of veggies. Definitely felt like a good, balanced brunch option. The service was great, friendly, attentive, and everything came out at a good pace. The only thing that wasn't my favorite was the Bloody Mary. It had a pretty strong horseradish kick, which just isn't my thing, but if you like that extra spice you'd probably enjoy it. Overall, great food, beautiful setting, and a solid brunch spot. I'd absolutely come back (and probably stick to mimosas next time!).
