I got quotes from most of the allowable movers in my area, and Super Movers Moving was honestly the only one that offered 2 hours minimum. Most other places required 3 hours, and since this was a pretty small, straightforward move from one city to the next, 2 hours was more than enough. They quoted $118/hr for two movers and a truck, no hidden fees, and they stuck to that Gerson helped coordinate everything and was responsive, courteous and fair. The movers ended up arriving a little late. Because of this, Gerson offered a discounted rate without me asking or complaining, which I really appreciated. The movers HUSTLED. They wrapped furniture and appliances that needed it, carried multiple boxes at a time, and were efficient without cutting corners. They even helped remount my exceedingly large TV. The exception to that rule was Gerson who worked through the specific challenges with me. Im renting out my property. don't want to pay for off site storage during the 12 month lease but new renters want a garage to park their car, With the expertise of Beto and Felipe, we were able to use half of our two car gage for the complete contents of our 2 bedroom house. They showed up a little late but it was not that big of a deal. Both men were still very professional and efficient. They loaded and wrapped my entire apartment in one truck and in one trip. Including my French door fridge and other heavy items. They care it all down from the second floor of my old apartment unit. So impressed with my experience. Super Movers Moving was the only company I found that did not charge double drive time, which is very cost-saving. Their rate for 2 movers and 1 truck was super easy to understand. Truly no hidden charges. They came promptly and gave me a call when they were almost here. For a 1 bedroom move from Long Beach to Los Angeles, it took them 4 hours to complete (including drive time!). Very efficient. Hershey was also very responsive on Yelp app. Overall, I am happy with my experience and would easily choose them again for my next move, primarily because you cannot beat the price. I got a 30 min rebate though. Also, kind of odd they had no tape available. Overall they got the job done with carefully moving all the items I had. A couple dings but I can refresh with some paint. It was effortless ordering the movers Herson's professionalism was great until the move. They showed up on time but had issues with parking. They got started and right away I noticed the younger guy was learning and had no sense of directions what should have taken 3 hours (2 beds, 1 dresser,1couch, a table set, 1 fridge , 3 TVs and 16 boxes from extra small to large TOOK 5 hrs. I helped so much all boxes stacked in the living room waiting to go. I would bring a stack and think that would speed it up. Nope. The older mover hustled really but the younger guy moved like a snail. The move was 4 minute drive. And they spent about 40 minutes between parking and getting in the unload position the younger guy carrying one box at a time. Hersons response was not one of customer service "the boxes were heavy so they have to carry one at a time? The older guy brings up 3 at a time. I start to get annoyed at the 4 hour point the younger guy carrying in a carry on suit case only. Just the worst experience ever. I was planning to just rent a truck and let a friend help but ended up just sending a small project request on yelp. Super Movers crew did an awesome job in moving the very heavy box to my patio and then unboxed everything and assembled the treadmill in my family room. Requested bids to move from one storage unit to another one less than 10 miles away. I received 5 bids and while Super Movers wasn't the lowest, it wasn't the highest. What steered me to them was the 2 hour minimum, when everyone else was 3. Plus no extra fees for gas, mileage, supplies, etc... The morning of the move the movers called me saying they were at the sight early, which is always a plus. They assessed what I had remaining and I left them to handle it while we went to the new storage unit. They arrived in about an hour and when they opened the back of the truck I saw the great care they took wrapping our furniture and storing it in the truck. Really appreciate that. The took the items off the truck and into the new storage unit, placing them in such a way to maximize the space. Will use them for all future moves. A+ job. read more

I normally love to recommend moving services to my friends. After this one I can't say I'll be doing the same. Judging off these guys price I felt I would still be okay because what could actually go wrong? Everything went wrong! This is my 3rd time using such a service and this was by far the worst. I moved 9 minutes away and have standard large items and a queen size adjustable base, 2 twin size beds and a queen size. I also had everything packed in boxes. It took them 12 hours to complete the job. They had to take two trips because they forget their tools at my 1st home And my refrigerator. I was still on the clock. They sent a injured worker to do my move and we were at their mercy on the hourly rate. They broke my 65 inch tv, a dining room chair, and left minor damage to my walls. All of this was a fear of mine had I done the job myself which is why I hired them in the first place. Truthfully their rate seemed appealing but do yourself a favor and pay the extra $50/hr with other higher rated companies. I will be seeking legal action but it may be a waste of time because they seem to be not licensed. I've tried to work with them and resolve this but Herson is not helpful and has not returned my messages on the status of the damages. read more
