We were able to substitute adobado (marinated pork) for the Carne Asada Fries. The fries were crunchy and the meat was flavorful. The only issue was the guacamole as it seemed to be mixed with something. The price for the size of the plate seemed excessive. The tacos were bought individually ($4 each) we got Pollo, Carnitas, Adobado & Asada. The only negative was the pollo (chicken) as it had no flavor. Both dishes were served with cabbage instead of lettuce which was different but not negative. The gentlemen in the truck were willing to change out anything and very helpful. They were also updating labels on their pictures when we were there to help ppl know what their menu items are. They offered 3 sauces, red, green and a cilantro base. I would recommend them, and if in the area again, would try their tortas.

Got seated immediately, and greeted very shortly thereafter. Tony / Antonio was not only our server but also our mixologist. The place was buzzing but not out of control, a good mellow vibe of people. We had the Chicken Tacos and the chicken enchiladas (with Beans & Rice). Wow, what great flavor and volume of food. I've worked my way through every flavor, and unfortunately the base tastes suspiciously like Safeway syrup. For a place that does food this well, the cocktails feel like an afterthought. They do have a beautiful patio that's perfect when the weather cooperates, and if you're a nacho-and-cocktail type (same), I strongly recommend ordering a mojito with fresh fruit. We sat ourselves in the bar and were greeted right away, with service from Krystina, which was excellent: quick, engaging, funny, and super attentive the whole time. The bar was pretty empty (just a few early afternoon drinkers... respect ), which made it a relaxed spot to hang out. I had an Icicle Creek IPA, plus the chicken enchiladas, and my wife ordered the chicken quesadillas. Both meals came out fast, hot, and packed with flavor and I really appreciated that they weren't shy with the spice. It actually had a nice kick. Overall, a great lunch with awesome service. Today, we gave the same drive-thru another try and ordered a chicken quesadilla meal with fries and a drink. Again, it was just okay. What really disappointed me was the cinnamon delights. I've had cinnamon delights at many places across the U.S., and they're one of my favorites because of how soft and flavorful they usually are. But these were hard and dry nothing like what I've had before. I couldn't even enjoy them. It was really disappointing, especially since I normally love them so much.
