Terrible place to do business they tried to save my tooth as they say their recommendation 6 months later it was hurting had to be pulled out. I was making payments on that root canal and crown even after they pulled it out. $5,000 might as well just throw it in the garbage can now I still don't have a tooth I had to pay $1,000 for them to pull it out and put in a bone graph and I still have to pay five more thousand for an implant they've robbed me so this one tooth is going to cost me $10,000 are you kidding me don't go here read more

Beware! Bait and switch operation. They advertise dental implant for $2499 online. I called ahead to verify that this was the total price including the crown and was assured it was. After filling out the paperwork and getting a 10 minute exam, they said the price would be $3800. Asked them to honor their Internet price but they refused. Told them that I was defrauded by their false advertising and false representation via phone but they would not remedy the situation. Also, the office was filthy. SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER! Frequently throughout this last year they have messed my daughters appointments up even though I have confirmation emails and texts -still very frustrating always having to deal with tue front desk having no clue what there doing. We always have to wait 20-40 minutes due to them over booking themselves. Side note, when we initially signed the contract for my daughters braces, no one informed us when we can ONLY come on Tuesdays due to them only having an orthodontist this day. And since we can only schedule on Tuesdays for ortho there are never any appointments available!! My daughter has had her braces on for just over a year and we are sometimes scheduled 8 weeks without coming in due to no appointment availability. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else! read more

This is absolutely the best ortho ever. Val, James and Jose never cease to give the best experience and I'm hard to deal with but they always make me happy, listen and make it fun. You won't make a mistake coming here I met with Dr.well today and he was new. He was so incredibly patient and nice and took his time explain things to me and made sure I got the best service. Took almost an hour to fill out online forms. Drove an hour to the appointment just for them to say they did not receive the forms I filled out online. So now my HIPAA protected information is just floating around the Internet somewhere. Mind you, I showed them how the portal said the forms were completed and no one could help me. Office seems like a good location, and staff seem nice enough. Definitely recommend not using the online portal. You will just risk sharing your personal information to fill out the lengthy forms again in the office. read more

I came here in severe tooth pain on tooth #14. Upper back molar. I found this place on the web. They took my call right away. I saw the dentist the next day for an emergency extraction. This tooth had giving me multiple problems. I had tolls root canal twice and a crown. They provide excellent customer service. I had to pay a $87 co pay. They took my insurance. I was scheduled an follow up appointment after two weeks. Everything went well. I will definitely recommend this place for emergency dental services. read more

I just want to give praise to the staff and doctors at El Segundo Modern Dentistry. They were nothing but helpful and accommodating in helping me set up a last minute appointment at their office. As a first time patient from just setting up my appointment to getting my xrays and dental work, I received nothing but great service. My only concern was the billing portion, the lady who helped me with billing initially went over all I was going to pay for my dental work. I was a bit shocked at everything that was being billed since my previous dental office charged everything straight to my insurance. Once I told her I wouldn't be able to pay the initial $300 out of pocket, she was able to "waive" the fees. Overall it was helpful but billing wise it's a concern for me. I hope to go back soon due to convenience to my job, but if my billing will be this high I may have to rethink. read more
