Dr. Erick is the best dentist I've ever had. If you live in the South Bay and need a good dentist, look no further. He's the first dentist I've had since I was a kid that got to know me on a personal level eventhough I only go in about twice a year for preventive cleanings. A few years back he did fix a cracked molar with a porcelain crown and it was a great experience (if you can call getting a crown on a molar a great experience!), so in addition to providing great general care and cleanings, Dr. Erick also did a great job handling a more serious tooth issue. read more

This office is the worst office staff! They are rude and incompetent. They never do what they say they are going to do, ie. they say they will call you back with an answer they don't have (they rarely have the answers) and they never call you back! You are never able to get appointments less then 4-6 months out. They do not follow up on appointments They dentist does nothing to help with situations at all. Dr. Erick Bartolome is the best dentist I have ever had! I have been seeing him for a couple years now and I can't say enough about how great he has been. He is honest, he will not allow you to do needless procedures like some dentists. He is patient and he listens and he is also very gentle. I have had a few cavities filled by him at his office and I have also had teeth whitening trays created there. The teeth whitener works great. You can watch tv while you have you dental work done. OK, so to start off, I've been to many dentists. Good and bad, but Dr. Erick is just a great guy. He takes a personal interest in the patients and get to know you before jumping into your mouth with a probe and a drill. He performed the hygiene himself so as to give a better exam. I had an issue while I was traveling that caused me to call his office. He personally called me back to make sure I was satisfied and told me to call during the weekend if things got worse. Dr Erik has a very relaxed way about him that makes you feel comfortable. He will even play Planet Earth DVDs for you to watch while getting work done to help relax you. This 5 Star rating is beyond overdue‼ I first met Dr.E when he was in playa vista, when I called to make my regular 6 month appt. the office told me he moved and opened his own practice ‼‼so I found Dr E and made my Appointment! It's so easy for me to give the 5 stars when what I really would like to do is 10 plus stars! Honestly, I had the most horrible dental experiences and I told him that but I NEVER needed to worry for a split second Dr E. is an incredible dentist who cares about "you" as if you were his only patient plus he's a "Perfectionist " you will Never feel as though you leave his office without feeling like you were just given the A plus treatment and may I add he is so gentle, kind, and all around a great guy!!
