I loved the fact that I didn't need to haggle to get a great price, the price you see on the website is the price that you pay, but keep in mind that's before all taxes, fees, & any extras that you want are added on. For the test drive, I took the car to my mechanic, who checked the car out thoroughly, the car passed with flying colors, with a couple of minor issues that were addressed before I drove off the lot. The sales rep mentioned they would have someone swap it out but by the time we left it was still out. Either they forgot, or somehow in 5 hours had no time to swap out an interior lightbulb. They gave me the amount of my loan over the phone, told me the interest rate and also what my payments would be... which I thought was pretty low. Now mind you I didn't need the loan for the amount of time they gave me to pay it but they did not charge me the interest past when I paid it off. I needed to send in some documents which I did and they allowed me to just take a pic of those with my cell phone and send it to them. In about an hour later they told me to come by this store and get my money. Now mind you I expected some dive, but what I saw was a really nice, clean and professional office. The people inside were so helpful. They offered me and my daughter some water when we arrived, walked me through the process of getting the loan and then in a matter of a few minutes I was on the way to the bank to cash the check they gave me which I had zero problems cashing. After that, they gave me online access to my account so I can see exactly what was happening with my payments. Classy and just like a bank and not what I would have expected from a car title loan company in Chicago. I am impressed. Like these guys. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
