3/5 Decent shrimp tacos ($3 each). 3/5 fruit juices: pineapple & hibiscus strawberry. I forgot which 1 I liked better. I think the pineapple was sweeter, so I think I liked the other 1 better.

Considered against cost? This is a 5 star Mexican restaurant. I was in the neighborhood and a little bit drunk and it was 10 o'clock at night and the red neon Open sign was on, so I went in and ordered one Carne Asada Taco and one Chicken Taco and the total cost was $3.99. After a one dollar tip, I charged five dollars on my credit card. And what I got? Was two, big beautiful street tacos... The carne asada taco was fat and full of meat, seasoned and well prepared, flavorful with the homemade salsa that I used from the bins that sit in a kiosk nearby. The chicken taco was well seasoned with pepper and whatnot and was delicious also. Filling good snacks! I enjoyed "the deal" of it all so much, I returned for their "King Asada Taco," which, for $2.49 before tax and tip, is a big fried taco with lettuce and tomatoes and shredded cheese atop it. The all-fried meat-and-taco-shell taco not only fell apart in my hands while I tried to eat it, but it was nowhere near as good as the lesser priced street tacos which I had just thoroughly enjoyed. (3/5 stars) The people who work here are hard-working and very nice and I feel they deserve to be recognized. A terrific place for value Mexican fare!

This place isn't that good. It doesn't scream "Wow"! You know? I've had plenty tacos in my life and these were a disappointment. To start I had a shrimp taco that was very bland, too much lettuce and overpriced. The cabeza tacos I think we're decent. If you have a crave for cabeza tacos, this place will do it. Lastly I had carnitas tacos. Also they weren't that good. I can tell immediately that the carnitas were old. I'd like to point out that this place doesn't have a warm welcoming touch. I didn't like eating inside. It's a little messy and dirty. Maybe the review can be redeemed if I ever go back and order something to go. I hope you have a better experience. If the food doesn't do it for you, at least the service will. What they lack in flavor they compensate with customer service.

We were driving around town looking for 'abuelita' or 'hole in the wall' Mexican breakfast and found this little gem in north Hollywood! Great breakfast platters and their birria / quesabirria with consume soup dip was a delightful surprise! We will be back to try other dishes the menu is huge! Best horchata I've tried in a while, too!

We were in the neighborhood and searched Yelp for a good taco spot--this place had great reviews,…read moreso we decided to give it a try. From the outside, it's small and unassuming, but don't let that fool you. We ordered the birria queso tacos, asada queso tacos, and regular asada tacos--every single one was absolutely delicious. They also gave us a consommé to try, which was really flavorful and a perfect addition. It's a family-owned business, which we always love to support. The young girl who took our order and seated us (I think her name was Arian?) was incredibly sweet and had better customer service than many adults--she truly stood out. Overall, the service was warm and welcoming, and we've already recommended this spot to friends. We'll definitely be back!

It was on a Sunday morning around 10 am. It was pretty busy, we had to wait for a table for family of 5 for about 20 minutes, not bad. I noticed that after 11:30 the rush was over. We all asked for the same plate. Birria with rice and beans. We wanted the handmade tortillas so it was a little extra but it was worth it. The Birria was so flavorful and Delicious! The waitress was so attentive and sweet! We will definitely be back!

They've got a good-sized bar, but the booths are just as comfortable if you're looking for something more relaxed. The bean dip is absolutely delicious, and the chicken taquitos and margaritas are made to perfection. My family and I have also ordered catering from them for our Christmas parties, and although it's first-come-first-served (which can be a bit of a hassle), it was completely worth it. The amount of food we got for the price quoted was an absolute steal. Since this is their best location in my opinion, it does get packed and you can end up waiting a while. But it's worth it every time, especially given how great the food is. The staff is wonderful too, doing a great job of taking orders and getting everything out in a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is the parking; it's quite limited, so consider yourself lucky if you find a spot!

Noticed they have an outside area. Service was very good. We had a group of 5. Got the margarita, blend of mango and peach! On the rocks. Very good. Shrimp fajitas. Big portions, couldn't finish.
