Now I was already hesitant since other local Big O Tires had done me wrong but I figured for $10 more I would go here due to convenience in location. Here is where my mixed feelings come in... I waited 3 hours on a saturday morning from 8 am until 11 am. Then as I waited in the waiting area I watched them place my car on the machine and miraculously 15 minutes later my car was done. That afternoon I had the luxury of taking my car for an 80 mile drive in which I realized 3 things: 1. My car is still pulling to the right! 2. My car now shakes once we drive above 65 mph! 3. And they broke my center console! Which is what brings me to my second trip to this location Monday afternoon. They discovered that I supposedly only requested a front wheel alignment (which tookthem and hour to discover and inform me of). Then they charged me an additional $20 to do a 4 wheel alignment ( so now it cost me $79.95 + tax with using a $10 coupon)! And another 45 minutes to complete. While they were trying to figure out why my car was still pulling to the right they came back and said that my struts needed to be replaced and if I had them fix it they would charge me $949.00 and as a courtesy credit me the $59.95 I had previously paid. I politley declined that offer. Now on to my third visit which is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1. They were honest enough to fix my center console they broke and called me when the part came in and they installed it for me. Had they not been in honest and fixed their error I wouldprobably not return to this location ever. However the crew that works Monday thru Friday seems pretty honest.

From the very beginning, EJ was rude and disrespectful. He repeatedly talked over me and would not allow me to finish explaining my concerns. Instead of listening to a customer, he continued arguing with me when I questioned his position and, more importantly, the way he was treating me. What made the situation even more frustrating was that he showed absolutely no concern about the fact that the owner would be there on Thursday and that I could come in and speak with him directly. His attitude made it seem like customer concerns simply didn't matter. Then he says he's not gonna service our needs and we can go elsewhere. What a shame I hope karma doesn't bite em in the rear A manager should be able to listen to a customer, communicate professionally, and address concerns without talking over or arguing with them. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will be taking my concerns directly to the owner. Based on this interaction, I would think twice before trusting this location with my business.

My boyfriend and I bought a brand new very expensive set of Mercedes rims. We went to discount tire as we usually have ( there has always been red flags but we ignored them) they are unloading the brand new Mercedes rims and drop two of them... Damaged them. They then told us they can't put spacers on. These rims you sadly cannot just repair. They have a red chrome line around them, that nobody has the color match too. I got into touch with Carter Dricks and he saved the day! He came and had the plan to put our new rims and spacers on for us with his touch-less tire mount system. As he started he realized the lug nuts were too short and didn't fit. About a week later we think we got the right bolts. He comes in ON A DAY OFF!!! To come help us out without the guarantee that they were going to fit . Luckily those bolts did fit this time. When he was taking our wheels off he noticed discount tire put both front tries on backwards. Which made the side walls of our tire get worn out and the mechanical arm was getting rubbed on the whole time. He was absolutely so awesome ! His service was amazing and he really cares about his customers ! Not even a week later we are going down golflinks near the base and hit a horrible pothole. Our tire totally popped flat instantly. We are on the side a very busy street leading to a freeway. We find a pull out spot. I call Carter at Tucson Mobile tires. He instantly found a tire in stock in the city. Drove to get it, came to our location, and fixed it in less than an hour from phone call to driving off. I honestly don't know what we would have done without him ! Thanks to Tucson's pothole riddled roads, I was in need of a wheel balance and alignment. I have…read morenever been to any of the Jack Furrier stores but chose the Valencia shop due to its proximity to my work. I stopped in to have the wheel balanced. John, the manager, called me out to the shop to show me that my wheel was bent. He said there was no point in an alignment check until the wheel was replaced. Unfortunately, it was a factory wheel so I was going to get gouged from the dealer. John refused to accept payment for the balance because the problem wasn't fixed. A couple days later I stopped back in with a new wheel in the box. John had his guy's mount my old tire on the new wheel, balance it, and then do an alignment on it. (I won't tell you the price I paid because I don't want to establish a precedent, but I can say I've spent more on dinner for my family). I tried coaxing John into charging me more but he responded only by saying, "Just buy your tires from us." Well, that's an easy one for me when that time comes! Great people, great service, great deal!
