Bar area was busy for a Wednesday. Chicken Milanesa was just ok, nothing I'd reorder. Ordered the salmon tacos but got shrimp instead. Although we agreed to keep the shrimp tacos, Shrimp in the tacos was dry. Nothing stood out. Service was ok once we were acknowledged. I just feel that management should set the vibe for their employees to maintain a positive energy and attitude with their guests, from the first person you see (their hostess) to the management themselves. The wait time was average about 15 minutes to receive your food. The customer service was great. As you can see the plating on the sour cream enchiladas wasn't very generous but that is expected when it comes to franchise businesses. The jalapeno margarita was great as well as the cucumber Margarita so I recommend giving those two a try the jalapeno margarita was a bit stronger and definitely had a kick from the jalapeno which I did enjoy. I found myself reaching for the cucumber Margarita more often. I did not like the sweet sauces that came with the Chicken Flautas plate, because I felt they were better suited for wings or a dish that contrast with that High Sweet syrupy sauce. The chicken flautas was very heavy as it is fried I didn't get to break that richness of the fried food with the lettuce unfortunately because the bed of lettuce that I had arrived on was wilted not full of color and it did not look appetizing. Like always the salsa was wonderful and I really appreciate that the servers gave each person at the table their own salsa. read more

Terrible service on 6/27 @ 4:00. No place to sit so chose a booth that hadn't been cleaned yet. Server walked right by me twice to clean booths that were emptying out. She even slowed down to take a second look at me but didn't stop. I asked her what was going on, said she didn't see me, thought someone else was waiting on me. Manager said someone would be right over. He comes over and has nerve to say the server probably thought I was still eating because table wasn't cleaned off. Give me a break! How dare he try to make such a lame excuse for terrible service. The pervious diners' cups were pushed to the side and I was sitting on far end of bench.
