My first visit was yesterday, 05-25-26. Was headed back to LA leaving from the Riverside National Cemetery when I discovered this spot driving down Van Buren towards the 91 Freeway. Looked on google maps using my phone and saw they had 4.2 stars which was good enough for me to bust a u-turn and pull up. Then I looked on Yelp and saw some good reviews which confirmed I was making a good decision. Big parking with many spots available. It's also a shared lot. Seating is available outside. Immediately walking in I liked the vibes and was greeted by the hostess. It's a nice spacious restaurant with plenty of tables and seating. A few tables were occupied from what appeared to be a couple of separate families dining. I grabbed a seat at the bar and was then greeted by the bartender who was very welcoming and friendly. I love the customer service. Being swamped with the other tables and then including myself, she still was attentive to me at while I was sitting alone at the bar. The old fashioned she made me was on point. Although, I was expecting a big ice cube or ice sphere in my glass and not the standard ice cubes, it still worked out. $16 is about average for an old fashioned. I also had a passion fruit margarita and it was great. $6 on a Monday, you definitely can't be upset at that. The Quesa Birria Tacos came with a cup of consomè for $12. That's not a bad price. And they put some Birria in the consomè. I've been to a lot of spots where they don't. Not your traditional with the queso but it was still fire with the Mexican blend or style of cheese. I truly enjoyed both tacos and wish it came with more consomè lol. Overall, I loved the experience. I had a great time before taking that hr drive back. The vibes were definitely on point.y drinks were good and reasonable. The tacos were really good and also reasonable. The customer service was amazing. I left the bartender a $5 for working so hard and just being a decent person. read more

We attended a plant bingo event at this restaurant and have no regrets. The atmosphere was very relaxing. They had a Dj playing good music and warm lighting. The service was fast and friendly, we were served by multiple servers! They were overall very attentive, we were super happy with the service. The food was good. I had enchiladas, my husband had tacos and both plates had some sweetness to them. It wasn't bad, just not used to sweetness in Mexican plates. The salsa wasn't spicy either. I was visiting the area and this location came highly recommended. The service was 10/10 wish I can remember the young man name,sweet person very helpful with the menu and service. Service was a joke. Should be a zero rating. Waited 20mins on a weekday evening and couldn't even get someone to come over and give us some water or say a word. Finally got up and walked out. We stumbled onto this spot by accident while going through the Starbucks drive-thru, saw their food and drink sign, and decided to give it a try. We've now been here three times, and every visit has been solid. Their tacos are some of the closest you'll get to true Mexican street tacos full of flavor and priced right. The food, the drinks, and the service are consistently great. They also have a really good salsa bar, and the staff is always attentive. Each time we've visited, the experience has been on point. One night they even had a DJ, which added to the vibe. The ambiance is relaxed, not overly crowded, but lively enough. We even watched the Dodgers in the World Series here plenty of TVs for sports, and the atmosphere was perfect. This place is definitely a hidden gem that more people need to discover. We have given this location a few chances after having frequented the Corona location in the past. This location has been a huge disappointment as the food quality and taste is inconsistent with our experience in Corona. Carne Asada and Pastor Tacos and burritos leave a ton of oil on the plate...very greasy, and the margaritas are weak compared to other reataurants in the area. Service is hit and miss and this time it was the bartender serving all the tables for dinner plus the bar and making drinks so service was very slow. read more

This is a hidden gem in the shopping center but a pleasant surprise! I didn't want to cook on my birthday so figured ordering from my favorite taco spot would be the best end to my day! Came across this place while driving back from Coachella. We stopped by to gas up and we were hungry. The server was polite .. The food was salty and very greasy. We ordered 2 burritos they got our order wrong. We decided to just eat it but once we took a bite they were both very very salty. Nothing else more to say but .. from one visit it was unfortunate. Awesome spot! It was our first time here and it was a great experience. We had the surf and turf burrito, chips and salsa, and shrimp taco which were all delicious. The flavor on everything was exactly what you'd want and they also had a salsa bar with a variety of salsas. I also had a margarita which was a part of their happy hour. Again, really good. Our server Jaydon did an amazing job. He was attentive, warm, and had a lot of knowledge about the menu. I thought he was the owner honestly! Hubby and I both got regular tacos and they were just fine. I normally get a burrito or fish Tacos but the burrito choices were slim and they don't make any adjustments from the menu. Items were brought out pretty quick. Went to the salsa bar to get additional salsa. This salsa bar is still a miss, the only good one there is the guac salsa, the fuego salsa has the strangest taste and was not good... do not get this one. Shortly after we ordered our mains the perron tacos and fuego burrito (wet). The perron tacos were average and needed some seasoning. The fuego burrito wasn't bad but save your money and do not order it wet. A 3 dollar surcharge for the same exact salsa dumped over the burrito that I could have gotten at the salsa bar and done myself... Plus the burrito was not hot, it was just warm.
