We spent the afternoon at improper city and this happened to be the only food truck out here. Only One persons in the food truck both taking orders as making them. He was very friendly however overwhelmed. It took 40min for the food to be ready, that for 2 chicken tacos and some pita with humus!!!!! The food was underwhelming as well. I was hoping for falafel but when the owner confessed they didn't serve falafel yet and recommended the hummus wrap instead I went for that. To say I was pleasantly suprised would be an understatement. The hummus wrap and fries came as a combo for $11 and both were great. The hummus was AMAZING and the wrap had a curry type sauce that was delicious... even the fries were topped with an herb that made them fantastic! All around awesome.
