I forgot how wonderful HP-Dublin is and we'll be back for the reasons shared below. My father is 82 and extremely particular. Why I LOVED having Chris as our server so much was how very on point he was from start to finish: he staggered our experience in a timely fashion, he was very clear in his communication and that was SO IMPORTANT to my father who does have hearing aids and at times, it can be challenging for him yet he never had to ask Chris to repeat himself even once. I have never had that experience with him when we are out for fine dining. The food was incredible. The service - back to Chris - was impeccable. Not even halfway through our HP-Dublin experience, my Dad said to me, "I like Chris a lot." Dad is retired FBI and let's face it - he can find fault with anything. He is pretty critical and very rarely is he ever impressed. Last night for dinner he was and that was super helpful for me and my husband as we always want Dad to be happy when dining out.
