Looks like their name changed to Taqueria Doria

Shining star were their handmade flour tortillas! The chicken was flavorful, while the asada was a little dry. When they put everything on the tacos you get meat, salsa, onion, and cilantro. WOW was their salsa spicy. If you are sensitive to spice, I'd recommend asking for the tacos without salsa. All in all I was pleased with the food and will be back.

Not the best I've had . We asked for taco supreme and they gave us regular tacos . Excessive onion and cilantro . Their salsa has changed more pasty and not as good . Very disappointed for such high reviews. Onion chunks where so big I was eating onion with every bite ! Also they had allot of the fat pieces more than meat and made the tacos seem fuller.

Chicken and el pastor taco supreme.

I've been here quite a few times, and have tried a number of taco truck/Mexican restaurants in Lodi. I can safely say these are the best tacos in town. The chicken is juicy, the el pastor is delicious, and the asada is flavorful. Not to mention they make their own fluffy tortillas! Yummy!

Great food, fast service, fair prices! Not all taco trucks are the same, and this one is one of the good ones.

So spicy. So good. Ordered 5 tacos, a burrito and a coke for less than $20. Service was good. It looked clean inside.

The owners remember your name, your usual order, and greet you like you've been coming there for years--even if you haven't. You pull up thinking you're just grabbing a quick bite, and next thing you know you're laughing, talking about your week, and wondering how a food truck just outdid most sit-down restaurants in customer service. They're running a full kitchen out of a truck and still make time to treat every person like a regular. Great food, great people, and an all-around good vibe. I recommend the steak sandwich, the Super Sammy Special. Honestly, give it some time and it'll probably be renamed the Jason Special J/K. 100% recommend. Just don't be surprised if you leave in a better mood than you showed up with.

While everything on the menu sounded great, I was really just in a munchie mood and decided to order just fries. The staff were super accommodating and graciously gave me one of each sauce to try, which I really appreciated. The ordering process was easy, and as promised when I placed my order, the fries were ready within a few minutes, sauces and all. For $6, I was happy with the size of my order. The sauces were also unique and I enjoyed alternating between them for a different experience each bite. My favorites were the Caesar and the spicy ketchup. My coworkers said they liked their orders as well. The garlic fries looked and smelled amazing but I didn't want garlicky breath for the rest of the conference, so I'll have to try those next time!

I finally had to post about it because there's literally no way to look them up unless you've got their business card tucked in your glove box. It's that kind of local secret. They're pretty quick but when they're busy, it's a wait. I wanted to call them the other day so I could go in and out and couldn't find her business card in my glove box. Also, they only take cash. Let's talk about the sopes -- these things are unreal. Thick, fresh masa with perfectly crisp edges, loaded with your choice of meat, beans, fresh toppings, and that house-made salsa that hits just right. Nowhere else in town makes sopes. Then there's the mulitas -- a must-try, especially with al pastor or carnitas. Crispy, cheesy, meaty heaven stacked between tortillas. They don't hold back on flavor. And of course, the classics: the carne asada is juicy and full of chargrilled flavor, and the birria is rich, tender, and perfect whether you get it in tacos or on its own. La Fondita may not have a flashy online presence, but that's part of the charm. It's authentic, consistent, and always delicious. This truck is a staple in the community, and once you try it, you'll be hooked. If you stumble upon it -- consider yourself lucky. That I decided that new customers won't have to keep that business card somewhere safe.

On my first bite of sopas I must have bit into a pepper because my mouth was on fire. I waited a bit and then went back to it but for some reason it was so spicy. In contrast the flautas had zero flavor. They give you 5 so it was filling but incredibly bland. The burrito was meh and there wasn't much meat or crema, mostly beans. I don't think I would come back to this truck.
