Food and service were excellent. The outdoor patio was perfect as we were traveling with our dog. We had the queso birria tacos, the chicken fajitas and the carnitas burrito. All were excellent. Highly recommend this if you are traveling through Redding. read more

Just the perfect spot for quick, delicious food. Order at the counter and a short wait later, a big plate of yummy is delivered. This place isn't fancy but the service is fast and friendly. Restaurant was recommended by the clerk at the nearby BW. The restaurant was very clean and neat. The service was very cordial and welcoming. Had the chile relleno and the wife a chicken burrito. Both meals were well prepared and tasty. We were completely satisfied with our choices. read more

Okay, this place is a Taqueria- but where we come from the taquerias are the outstanding Mexican food over the restaurants. We've never had a chicken taco salad with ground chicken. Seriously? That was my husband's dinner. I had the Vegetable taco salad and it tasted like bagged lettuce and tomatoes. The guacamole was nondescript, to say the least. The delivered salads look nothing like the photos on their website. Don't bother with the chips and salsa. The chips taste like last year's leftovers. A sadly disappointing dinner after a long day of driving. read more

Solid carnitas burrito. Visiting Redding on way to Oregon. Not toohungry for dinner after a long trek from LA, but needed something so split burrito with Wife. Carnitas were slightly carmelized and crunchy the way I like them. Rice and beans mixed with cilantro and onions was the right balance. Nice find. Basic taqueria with good food. Not a large menu, but attracted me with a list of several shrimp dishes. Mine was tasty with well-cooked shrimp and lots of onion, plus rice and beans, and some really fresh hot tortillas. My companion's quesadilla was thick and good. Friendly ordering at the counter, and they will bring your food to your table, even if you eat outside, which is pleasant and shaded on a warm day. First try today. Super friendly and helpful wait staff. The Birria was tender and flavorful. The Al Pastor Tacos were surprisingly full of pork. My wife had the Al Pastor Burrito and loved it as well. Also at the table was an enchilada combo plate that was plentiful enough it could not be finished. Ordered a carnitas combination plate and a large Horchata. The pork was great, as was the rice, beans, veggies, and tortillas that made the plate... and the drink was truly large (I must have been living in a cave and haven't ordered a large drink like that). If you're passing through town, skip the fast food and go here!!! read more

I haven't got my food yet, but I'm already not impressed on this .50 debit charge. I think thats a junk way to do business and I'm pretty sure no matter how good these tacos are about to be i don't think il be back..not to mention 2.50 for a 12oz drink. And as i sit here while there not busy I'm still waiting for my first n last tacos from here. If I could give -10 stars that's what I'd do. This is the most awful business I have ever dealt With. They messed up my order when I was leaving town and opened to eat and was completely un edible. I called right away and offered to bring the burritos back because I wanted my money back and they refused to. They kept passing the phone back-and-forth acting like they don't speak English and when I go there, I always tip them, but if you don't tip them more than five dollars, they treat you like shit and mess up your food. I'm so pissed. I will never go there again. $30 for two burritos is a lot of money just to be thrown in the trash. These people are awful and act like they cannot speak English. The guac was great and we liked that we got to serve our own salsas from the salsa bar. I tried the Torta which was absolutely delicious! The staff was attentive and sweet! Between the two, the carne asada burrito had better flavor than the pulled pork. The pulled pork burrito had way more beans than meat, which was a little disappointing.
