I love this place, I really do. The portion sizes are huge, the food is flavorful, the meat is tender, and the service is friendly. Is it a bit pricey? Yes. Is it worth the money though? Absolutely My fiancé always gets the al pastor super burrito. It is HUGE!! It's as big as my forearm, and it is a very hefty burrito. There was a generous portion of meat instead of using beans and rice as filler. The meat was beautifully seasoned, tender, and juicy. He usualy splits it in half to have two meals. I like getting the super nachos with everything. It's topped with beans, meat, pico, guacamole, and cheese. They really do live up to the name of being super nachos. I can get 3-4 servings out of one order. Again, super generous with the carne asada which is truly appreciated. The pico and guacamole are great with breaking through the richness of the beans, meat, and cheese. I just love cilantro, tomatoes, and onions! The taco is bigger than my hand! Again very generous with meat, the corn tortila was warm and soft, and the onions and cilantro are just the perfect toppings. This restaurant is truly a gem here in Redding, and we love coming here about once a month or so. Sometimes we get their churros too which are of course delicious. I arrived there as they opened at 0800. Ordered the breakfast burrito and had them add potatoes, rice and beans (that's how I always eat my breakfast burritos), otherwise it would've been chorizo, cheese, eggs. The chorizo was outstanding, loved the burrito. The salsa verde was better than the roja and neither was very spicy. I ate half that morning, then half the next morning. Super mid, asada was okay and tried it about 3x unfortunately it still tasted mid every time.

Stopped here on a whim because it was close and had a good rating, and it was delicious! I got the grilled chicken and veggie soft tacos. They were a good size for the price, came out fast, and hot! The only downside is that I found about 4-5 curly black hairs in the tacos. This is more of a tip for the staff to maintain/enforce hygiene rules. Otherwise it was wonderful! read more

One of the best burrito spots in Redding. They make fresh chips that super good. We typically order the carnitas or carne asada.

As expected prices jumped after we visited. Almost 1 week, it felt like they read this yelp review and spiked the prices specifically on what we ordered by 2$ . This time I opted for the carnita burrito but mid way into the burrito you could legit squeeze the grease from the meat out of the burrito. It actually filled about 1/3rd of a red solo cup! We gave the place one more shot after that and I ordered the same thing, a carnitas burrito. My friend ordered the carne asada fries. He had a bone in his fries and I had hunks of Cartilage. Usually for me that is a atleast reassuring it's actually fresh meat but yah, we started going back to railbertos and El delisioso. I enjoyed what I had, and i might try them again in the future but for now I will be back at the usual 3 or 4 Mexican resturants I frequent. We were wanting a quick lunch today and made a last minute decision to try the new restaurant. What a great choice! The food was ready in under 10 minutes and it was piping hot! So hot that even after getting the food and taking it home it was still steaming and hot enough that I would have sworn it just came out of the kitchen and straight to my plate. We ordered a Surf and Turf Burrito and Carne Asada Torta along with a side of rice and beans. We asked for some pickled jalapeños on the side and although they didn't have any, they kindly offered us fresh jalapeños or grilled fresh jalapeños instead. There was also green and red salsa on the side . The portions were large and my husband and I could only finish half our meals before wrapping them up for leftovers later.
