After going to Miki, my nails became so strong and long, and people are always surprised when I tell them they are my natural nails, with no extensions or anything over them. She did my nails for my engagement, bridal, wedding, and baby shower, and I would not trust anyone else to do it for all my special occasions. They also asked me to pay AND TIP before I even got the service done. I have never had a place ask me to tip them, let alone before the service was even completed before. Tipping is a complementary touch, which I always do. I paid $35 (plus the tip they asked me for upfront) for a manicure I will now have to redo myself one day after getting them done. Don't waste your time or money.

She said that the one popped off my own nail was broken. When is started to basically sand down the poly gel instead of soaking like I asked several nails broke which was upsetting. So I said to make them.all even but put just a light acrylic on top of my nail. She replaced nails with tips. The job result was really nice. 3 days later I felt a pain on one finger and looking at it I knew it was infected looked Yello and green. By the fourth day I went back and told her to removed but not to charge me because you charge me an outstanding 97 dollars. When she removed it my own nail was infected and full of puss. Mind you I asked her to be careful because I am a diabetic. (I have had my nails done over a year with my daughter which I do pay her because it's her job). I asked her if she cleaned all her nail bits and cardboard file and she just looked at me for a few seconds then she said yes. (Stupid me to believe them and give them the benefit of doubt.) My son rushed me to the ER and spent 5 hours so the doctors could drain my finger. I received 2 antibiotics shots so the infection would not get worse. I went for my regular appt and was not told she was gone, even though I came in a couple days before to change the time and said I was with Lin. I have always have extremely strong, long nails. I have never had to take a break from gel in the last 4 years because Lin is so meticulous. One manicure with the new ownership and within a week, my nails are all splitting in half. They also burned me multiple times trying to take the nail polish off and didn't understand enough English to respond when I said it was painful. Stay far far away!!
