It was pricey (we went through our hotel) but given it's a brand new dress I'd rather not wait and let soy sauce set until we get home - so I feel it was worth it.

He tried to trouble shoot, but it didn't work; he said he'd refund me the $12. 12/27 - I followed up, he confirmed he'd send refund if $12 charge didn't post. 12/31 - I followed up again about getting refunded. No answer, no refund. Jan. 13 - Still no refund. Disappointing, it's really more about the principle of doing what's right and not ripping off your customers than the $12 refund. I contacted the owner to explain the issue, hoping for a refund or at least an apology for the inconvenience. Instead, I was met with rude customer service. The owner refused to reimburse me, was dismissive during the conversation, and hung up on me before I could finish explaining the problem. Equipment issues can happen, but how a business responds to its customers is what matters. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and poor customer service were very disappointing.
