The employees are angry because they're tired and overworked and the management will not give them help or expect them to do way too much in the little hours that they do get.

Once i got home to cook the meat on my gas range stove on Low to medium heat i noticed the meat was very dry in comparison to the meat I purchase at my regular market. The tacos ended up being super dry and i could definitely taste the difference in quality.
