For some reason this store thinks its customers need them more than they need us. I find the employees have raised rudeness to customers to a new level. This rudeness issue tells me the employees hate their management and since the employees can't take out their frustration on management, they turn it towards their customers. Being a large chain one would think the store would have lower prices due to large buying power, that's a BIG NYET! I have price checked this store against smaller grocery stores as far away as Aptos, Santa Cruz and Watsonville and Safeway is always higher in price. Ambience; there is none in a hateful environment. Food? Its a large chain grocery store where its quantity over quality and NO customer service.
