Dragon fly inside store and the place itself is super dirty.
Sirinandini J.

WASTED MY TIME. Sales person kept yapping and wasted 4+ hours of my time. Keep in mind that I'm a high school junior and cant afford to kill my time. NEVER APPROACH THIS DEALERSHIP, FAKE ADVERTISING. (also there was a dragonfly inside the store and the overall atmosphere is super dirty)

Outlander Trail Edition

I had the very best car buying experience I've ever had here at Elder Mitsubishi yesterday. This is my 11th car buying experience for comparison. My wife and I enjoyed the no hassle approach to their sales team and how they answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. The finance experience was top notch and everything was explained in detail. If we had a question they stopped and answered it in detail. They offered a very fair price on our trade in and for us in and out the door in under 4 hours from driving into the lot to driving off in our new Outlander. This dealership was recommended by friends and will be recommended by us!

Text messages

Today, the sales manager reached out to my husband and I to apologize and earn our business back. We decided to give them a second chance as maybe it was just an off day. The call was at 12pm and he wanted me to send him more info which we did right away. At 3pm we had not heard anything so my husband called them again and that's when they said they would take a look and review. Also, this is when they tell us the price went up from 44k to 45k from Thursday. Finally we hear from them at 6pm an hour before closing. The deal was already to go until they found out we had our own financing. They stated they couldn't honor the deal if we weren't going through their financing. Sounds suspicious to me.. would not do business with them. I am so glad we didn't go through with it. Please see text messages attached. Online price shows $44,000. But price sheet they gave us was 45k and their reasoning behind that was because she didn't choose their financing as we had our own.

They wanted 15 percent down. Just about everything in their advertisement is simply false.

Your website is horrible. You should change it. I shouldn't have to fill out my name, phone #, and email just to look at inventory.

While Navy Federal has one branch in Round Rock, TX, doing basic financial transactions has been a chore. To sum, I was given a list of locations where I could do transactions with one having an non-existent address and the other branch not having a banking relationship with Navy Federal at all. While I was off work today, I drove out to the Navy Federal on Louis Henna Blvd in Round Rock, TX. I told Justin, the credit union representative, my story about the non-existent location and he told me they could not always update their list and that when I get close to a location I should use Google maps because their addresses could be off by a digit or street. He made this sound so normal. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. How about when financial institutions publish any locations the address should be precisely correct? Then I asked about what locations allowed deposits. He said I had you had to first filter the list from the text I was sent and based on the icons you could see precisely the locations. I filtered on the list and it did not filter as he expected. So, he then said that it works better on a personal computer (PC). Of course, nothing was conveyed regarding a PC filter when the link was texted to me. It only takes $5 to open an account at Navy Federal, i.e. low cost. At this juncture, I am wondering if all the benefits of being a Navy Federal Credit Union member that my brother espoused is really worth the effort. After the Navy Federal counter representative searched on my name and she could not find me in the system, she searched on my phone number and she could not find me in the system, and she finally found me by searching on our address. I asked why she was not able to find me with the previous searches. She said oh that just happens sometimes. I find Navy Federal Credit Union's mission ironic, "Our Members are the Mission." This may be the one and only transaction I do with Navy Federal. I do not currently see Navy Federal's value commiserate with the effort to do business.

I found Avis did just that and later to know that Tresl was their third party who helps facilitate the loan and purchasing process. I want to say that staff at Tresl seems helpful. Although once I decide to go forth with purchase and pay etc, I didn't get much questions answered afterward. The registration process took close to 3 months (my tags had expired). I also inquired about understanding my manufacture warranty but got two different answers from purchase to post purchase. I now, know nothing about what is under manufacture warranty. Alsom 2 weeks after purchase found that the front wheels needed replacement. Therefore would recommend the following when you purchase from them or that they change their policy: - provide the basics: owner's manual, any original items that would come with a car. - all service records - manufacture warranty info - if there are delays in obtaining paperwork from original owners, to send updates - post followup purchase inquiry (ensure you are happy etc.) So overall, they are legit, but its a longer process and since they are in TX whatever automotive sales laws apply there may not apply in your home state. Ask ALOT of questions.

I'm a SUV guy, I like the look of the Tiguan and it was by far the best deal out there for a new car. After deciding that's what I wanted, I did my online search for the right dealership, and Hewlett blew their competition away imo - review wise, and inventory wise. Made the trip to Georgetown and was instantly greeted by Mark Bruce. I've done years of sales and customer service, so I know what to look for and what I want from a sales person. Mark was exactly it, not robotic, listening to my needs, not being salesy or reading a script. He showed me the cars that fit all my needs and I was in and out of there in 2.5 hours tops, with the perfect car for me. No games played, got me at the price point I wanted. Highly recommend this dealership, and working with Mark. Bonus - he threw in some free trunk accessories, and they tinted my windows a couple of weeks later as a service that's covered in the very affordable warranty. Thanks Mark!!!

Right from the jump, he was incredibly straightforward. There was zero pressure, zero hassle, and absolutely no need to waste time haggling over the price. He gave it to us straight, which is so rare and refreshing in the car-buying world. Our Finance Manager, Michael was equally amazing. Financing a vehicle can usually feel like pulling teeth, but Michael made it a breeze. He was efficient, thorough, and just a great guy to talk to. I still can't believe it, but we spent a grand total of only three hours at the dealership. That included the test drive of three used Sequoias, picking the one we liked out of the three, the vehicle inspection, and getting all the final paperwork squared away with finance. We've all heard or experienced the horror stories of spending 6 to 8 hours at a dealership, but Chris and Michael valued our time and had us on the road in a flash. What stood out to us the most was the sheer respect we received. Walking into dealerships can sometimes feel intimidating, but Chris and Michael provided a truly delightful customer experience without a single ounce of judgment or prejudice. They treated us like family from the moment we walked through the doors. We love our new (used) Sequoia Capstone and we can recommend Toyota of Cedar Park without a doubt. Go see (ask for) Chris and Michael they will take incredible care of you! Now the great part of the experience we learned Chris was a veteran like ourselves. I will not be doing business with this dealership again and strongly caution others to be very careful if they choose to do so. My wife and I came in to test drive a car and, after the test drive, submitted a credit application--explicitly authorizing a credit pull--with the clear intent to purchase the vehicle. We were told everything was in order and scheduled an appointment the following morning for my wife to move forward with financing and paperwork. At no point were we informed that the vehicle was still at risk of being sold. While my wife was on her way to completing the financing process, she received a call informing her that the vehicle had been shown to another couple and sold. This occurred despite our salesperson clearly communicating to management that this deal was essentially set. That information was dismissed, and management allowed another salesperson to show and sell the vehicle without extending us even the courtesy of a phone call to give us the opportunity to finalize the purchase--which we absolutely would have done. I work with dealerships regularly in my profession, and while you hear stories like this, you hope they are exaggerated or rare. Unfortunately, this experience proved otherwise. When I raised the issue with management, the response felt scripted, dismissive, and entirely policy-driven, with no ownership or genuine concern for how poorly this was handled. It became very clear that the priority was selling the vehicle as quickly as possible, regardless of fairness, professionalism, or existing commitments. The message sent was simple: once a faster or more convenient sale appears, an active and committed customer is expendable. That reflects a lack of integrity in both process and leadership. I previously had a positive experience purchasing from Toyota of Cedar Park, which makes this situation even more disappointing. This was not a failure of the salesperson I worked with--it was a management decision, and it speaks volumes about how business is conducted there. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you choose to do business here, proceed with caution and do not assume that verbal assurances, credit applications, or scheduled appointments mean anything unless a deal is fully executed. This dealership and its management team should be ashamed of themselves!
