This is a perfect case of management not training their employees in a manner to reflect the quality of the product they are representing. The woman who was asked to help us was dressed very sloppily and behaved like she had no interest in what she was hired to sell. The only reason I have given one star is because I am not able to rate them with zero stars. I have advised our interior decorator who sent us there, and our real estate agent who is one of the top real estate agents in Laguna Beach, of this experience, and will continue to tell anyone who asks, as we build out and decorate our new home.

She contacted SCE and fortunately they were able to come out same day. Turns out her electric panel for her house was at risk of catching fire which could have essentially burned down her entire house. The helpful SCE rep recommended All Thingz Electric to my aunt and they were also able to come out same day. Their rep, Reed, was so helpful and sweet to her. He was able to make an interim fix that would hold her over until they could come out and replace the electric panel. They quoted her a reasonable amount and ended up blessing her beyond belief. Anthony, the owner, also reached out to her. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for being honest and not taking advantage of her especially as an elderly female. He estimated the job would take a day and a half to complete. On the first day, we were told the technicians would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, and they showed up a few minutes early. Daniel and four additional team members came to complete the work. I wasn't expecting that many people, but everyone stayed focused on their tasks and completed the work by 5 PM. Having a larger crew made the job go much faster. The second day of work took place a couple of days later due to other projects we had scheduled, but Armes Electric was very accommodating and flexible with our timeline. Hamid and Majid visited our property, was very knowledgable on the subject, and enlightened me about the option to check out the permanent/year long lights instead. I did my research, and he was so right. I bought few packs of Enbrighten lights on sale from Costco, and Hamid and Majid helped put those up around my property within just a few hours before Christmas. I am very happy with the investment. The lights are beautiful, and after the holidays they light up my property just like ambient security lights would. The cost of putting those up and taking those down breaks even easily by year 4, with an opportunity to wow your neighbors and guests throughout the year!

Spent $2000 on Christmas lights and we haven't gone 2 consecutive days without the lights shutting off and having to be reset. When you reach out to the owner, he guides you how to reset the outlet, but does nothing to actually fix the issue from happening again and then just stops responding. Like I said, lights are great when they work but it's just really shoddy work. When you're spending thousands of dollars on lights the last thing you expect is for them to not work. Every. Single. Day. And when you reach out for help, I expected them to actually come out and fix the issue rather than just say hey, reset the outlet and try again. Acting like it's a Nintendo 64 you can just unplug, blow on it and plug it back in. If you're looking for high quality work and lights, save your money and energy and go somewhere else as I will be doing the same from here on out.
