He's my go to electrician, very trustworthy. He even came for an emergency near Christmas. He was concerned for my family because our heater lost electrical power. Brad came immediately even though it was later in the night. He was able to troubleshoot and figure out the problem and even called Edison because it was on the city's end. He didn't even charge me for coming as an emergency. Because he, a professional electrician, called Edison, they came an hour after and fixed the issue right away. Phenomenal job. Brad and I discussed extensively over something as seemingly mundane as a new outlet for a new flat screen TV, the aesthetics of the placement and the patching work required to ensure it was a clean install. It showed me he cared about the quality of work. (And this was just on the initial assessment visit!) Glad he was able to fit me in on his busy schedule. Absolutely the best electrician I've had the pleasure of meeting so far. Brad, the electrician, went above and beyond. I had a humming coming from my panel and he took the time to look at every component that could possibly produce the noise. He taught me a few things and told some great stories along the way. Ultimately, the noise eventually went away but he suggested I change out some breakers (single to double) because a potential to overload. Our outlets in two of our rooms suddenly died and we were in panic mode. I tried retripping the circuit breakers and that did nothing! My daughters had homework due that relied on Internet and we were going to miss the season premiere of "Walking Dead: Season 7". Both the router and TV were on those outlets. Brad was very professional and the quality of work that he have done was clean and done correctly. He does not over charge and very flexible on at your convenience. He will listen about your issues, he will advice you on trouble shooting if needed. This would save you money if you could fix it yourself. The work he did for me was updating my house from low voltages to the 110 voltage. He repair any holes that needed to fix the electrical issue. He even go out of his way to fixed other issued that I didn't know I had. There was other electrician that was going to do the job but won't repairs any holes that needed to repair the electrical job. Which I would had to hire another contractor to do it. I wanted to replace some subpanels and a main panel so I went to yelp and asked for about 10 quotes and explained a little why I wanted this. About 5 electricians got back to me and quoted me a price to do the work, sight unseen, without asking me any further questions why I wanted the panels replaced. Well, Brad, owner of this company was one of a few from yelp who contacted me and explained that he did not think I needed the main panel replaced based on my explanation and he offered to come out to do a free inspection. Well, only recently did a friend recommend two licensed electricians who came to my place and they both independently looked at the main panel and subpanels, did some testing, looked at the wiring, and asked questions about what my concerns were with the electrical panels. Both of them independently told me that they do not recommend replacing the main panel and that it was perfectly safe and there was no safety issues with them. I am writing this review to thank Brad for taking the time to contact me, and for his integrity for telling me that I may not need to replace the main panel. Unlike those other companies who didn't even bother to ask questions to diagnose the problem and just wanted to charge me to replace something that didn't need to be replaced. Although I did not use Brad for this job I wanted others who are searching for an electrician to be aware of his integrity and I would definitely recommend his company. read more

Such a rude individual... I call needing help with my retail store having an alarm issue, and this guy calls my phone call for help/business "an disruption to his peaceful night." What? Don't list yourself being available until midnight if you don't want phone calls for business at 745pm. He then proceeds to try to explain something to me about smoke detectors I have ZERO knowledge about, tells me to pull some battery, "cuss at it and then throw it off the roof." The most unprofessional thing I've ever experienced from a company. If I knew what it was I wouldn't be calling, and if I wasn't willing to pay you to help me, I wouldn't be calling. Do not bother with this place... Unless you want to be put down for not knowing electrical work on a Saturday evening. read more

Brad was great - really exceptional service! I called him at 9pm on Tuesday night when half the lights above my master bathroom sinks broke free from their anchor bolts and were hanging down. I sent him a couple pictures and he said he could come over that night if i wanted - at a set price so no guessing - incredible! I reached out to Brad because I had 3 outlets in bathrooms that all died at the same time in separate restrooms.. He responded in about 10 mins and helped with a walk through to try and troubleshoot the problem, even though it might mean he would not even get a job had the problem been rectified. Talk about integrity.... I couldn't solve the problem, so I happily scheduled a visit for the following morning at 10am. Brad arrived right on time and proceeded to fix the heck out of all three problems, all the while engaging in friendly chat about what was done wrong in the install of the outlets and how to avoid getting shocked should I want to try and fix another electrical issue in the future on my own. He walked me through the chain of likely events that led to all 3 outlets dying. I learned more about sockets and switches in 20 mins than I knew in entirety before. I can't recommend Brad enough. He came within an hour, inspected panel and after troubleshooting, told me the problem was one of the phase coming from SCE power pole was not providing power. Without me asking, he took it upon himself to call SCE and set up appointment for them to come out ASAP.
