When we got there our assigned representative was ready and available. They had the vehicles already pulled up so we didnt have to roam around the lot forever in 100° weather. After we decided on a vehicle we started the financing process. The whole thing from start to finish took about 4 hours. They don't budget on their prices which is a little annoying but at least they stick to it. Melvin was our rep and he was fantastic. He was very cognizant of our time and our private information. He was really fun and easy to work with. These guys have terrible reviews but my experience was amazing and I would recommend purchasing from here. Maybe scheduling with Melvin will help with the experience.

I explained a/c not blowing cold but Honda extended warranty on a/c and I wanted oil change. I also had concerns about transmission lurching/surging and explained what it was doing. I explained that I have brought up my concerns about the transmission before to both Dick's Hillsboro Honda and Beaverton Honda in past visits for oil changes and was told this is normal. I mentioned several internet searches about these 10 speed transmissions showed up frequently for that model year having the problem as I described. Advisor researched and said only bulletin was for a/c and nothing on transmission and that my car was not 10 speed. We scheduled appt. for oil change, a/c diagnostic and tranny diagnostic. He stated two seperate fees for both diagnostics and that if a/c condensor was issue then fee would be waived and covered under warranty. I later got home and did more research and sent this, Honda Service Bulletin (TSB) #19-091, issued on November 10, 2019, addresses 10-speed transmission shift quality issues in early production 2018-2019 Honda Accord models equipped with the 2.0L engine. [1, 2] Key Details of TSB 19-091 Fix: Software calibration update for the Transmission Control Module (TCM). Purpose: Addresses harsh shifting between gears and improves torque converter response. Symptoms: Harsh shifts/clunking noises (specifically 5th to 6th, and 8th to 9th gears). Delayed engagement. Rough downshifts. Shift lag during acceleration. Hesitation or a "rubber band" feel. [1, 2, 3, 4] Affected Vehicles 2018-2019 Honda Accord (10-speed automatic models, primarily 2.0L). Applies to early production models. [1] Additional Information Resolution: Many users report that this update alleviates, but does not completely eliminate, the inherently "clunky" nature of the 10-speed transmission at low speeds. Diagnosis: If a fluid service does not resolve the harshness, this software update is the next recommended step before considering torque converter replacement. Alternative Solutions: If symptoms persist after the update, some users have reported that "learning" to drive with specific throttle inputs (e.g., 25% throttle) helps, or that the transmission requires a long "break-in" period of 15,000-20,000 miles. [5, 6, 7] It is highly recommended to consult a Honda dealer to verify if your specific VIN is covered under this or subsequent service bulletins. AI responses may include mistakes. I looked up the bulletin 19-091 and its for the a/c condenser warranty extension. I tried looking up anything else in the Honda database related to transmission judder/acceleration issue and I could not find anything related. Your vehicle also does not have a 10-speed transmission so I don't think that article pertains to an Accord. 10 speeds are only in Honda odyssey's and Pilots that I'm aware of. I began to get worried about the statement of my car not being a 10 speed and was going to cancel but decided not to. The bulletin number maybe wrong or it maybe a broader range related. I knew it is not a recall or warranty extention but possibly a Service Bulletin concern. I asked to have tech check for TCM updates. Fast forward to repairs, a/c fixed under warrenty, oil changed, 10 point inspection done w/recommendations of brake fluid flush and transmission drain and fill along with hard battery reset. I declined reset and did one according to YouTube using accelerator pedal. I took car in early on a Wed., picked up car late day Thurs. then the car sat until early Fri. morning. I drove to Astoria, Oregon from Beaverton and everything fine. The car sat in lot from fri-wed. because everything within walking distance. Got in to start car and drive home and noticed noises from underhood. I called Beaverton Honda immediately and the response from service desk was, we can get you in tomorrow to look at it BUT there will be a diagnostic fee. I explained my car was just in there. I said I need it looked at so whatever. I was not happy and after stewing on it cancelled the appt. How many diagnostic fees do you want?

His level of service is above and beyond, even some of the most premiere luxury experiences that I've had in the past. He was honest and forthright about the whole process, making me feel comfortable with the transaction. What I loved about the Dealership was that there was no nonsense pricing with no pressure. Thank you to all of those who were making their time available to help us secure my wife's first new car. We absolutely love our car and regret that we had not purchased it sooner. Thank you everybody for making a great experience that I would grade as an A+!

In this case, the RX350 was bought from them, sold back to them and only serviced through them, entire history was with this dealership. The service History listed breaks being replaced on June, prior to us buying it. The salesperson used that, along with the excellent service history, directly through them as justification for the higher price of the car. Fast forward to the service through them 10k miles later - Car will need new breaks soon, cost of $1000.00. I emailed the GM, Service Manager and used car manager sharing with them pictures of the signed Car Fax reports, explain the situation allowing for them to do the right thing. Would you be shocked if I told you that they said that it was wrong, new breaks were not done, doesn't matter that they sold it that way and that car fax has that info, nor did it matter that they were the only dealership to have worked on the car. Basically, they use the information to upsell the car at a higher price, have you reviewing it with the salesperson and sign it, but say that info doesn't matter when you use it to get an issue taken care of. They pulled the car fax report again a couple days ago and agreed that yes, it says the breaks were done in June of 2025. Doesn't matter, typical slimy car dealership. No honor, or integrity. On the website, the car had beautiful photos, a nice interior, high mileage, but for that LUXURY trim and at that HIGH price we were ready to buy. But when we arrived -- we were shocked. The car was completely scratched and damaged inside and out. The rear bumper was covered in scratches, the passenger window needs to be replaced, the leather seats are torn, the door panels and the headliner are scratched and damaged everywhere. We took it for a test drive, and on top of that, the car pulls to the right -- meaning it needs an alignment. The photos online were clearly edited and blurred so that none of these defects were visible. In reality, at least 40% of the car is scratched or damaged. When I pointed this out, the general manager just said: "No, we don't blur photos in our listings, that's not us." Really? Who then -- my mom? Lol

Being in Hawaii, I was not able to just run over for a test drive and to see the truck. Sean made me video after video even with his kind voice being recorded in real time going step by step of the truck. There were many others inquiring about the truck as it had just been posted on their website. When I told Sean I wanted it and knowing the money and shipping processes, I was worried that someone may walk onto the lot and purchase before I was able to get my finances in order etc. Sean literally did everything possible to make sure I would have that beauty in my driveway over in Hawaii. When trying to buy a vehicle off island sometimes it can be rather difficult especially when you are up against local buyers. I have had a few vehicles shipped over and I must say, Sean made this experience one of my best memories. The time he took daily over a few weeks with me was by far absolute superior service. Once we got everything in order and paperwork back and forth, then came the shipping. Sean took photos and videos of my truck being loaded onto the simi as it pulled away from the the dealership and continued to update me over the next 4 weeks while it was in transit. Sean does not stop there, Sean kept in constant contact to be sure I had my truck in my driveway and to be sure it was everything I had dreamed of. Sean truly built an ever lasting friendship which goes way beyond the signing of the contracts and payments. Luxury Auto should be extremely proud of my now dear friend Sean for everything he does for their customers. I know in the future, I will be able to call Sean and give him the details of what I am looking to purchase as Luxury Auto work across the United States to find exactly what you are looking for. I know every time I get in my truck, I have a huge smile thanks to Sean for making everything happen for me. If you are looking for this type of experience, Sean it your go to guy. Again I cannot thank Sean enough for all of his hard work when he could have simply sold to another and wrapped up a sale in one day!! With gratitude and one very Happy Customer, I am sending all of my Aloha to Sean and Luxury Auto Plex.

I called to return it and the owner said to take it to Audi as it still was under the full warranty. It sat on the lot for nearly two years waiting on parts - finally having the entire electrical system replaced. I drove it for about a year then a couple of months ago it wouldn't start. I called Luxury Auto Plex and the owner told me he would pay any deductibles on my "fully refundable" extended warranty, so take it into the dealership. The repair was declined so I paid for it out of pocket. Last week it started making strange noises and I had enough so I lost about 6k and traded it in. As for the fully refundable GMC warranty? It's not cancellable or refundable upon selling the car - the only way to cancel it was to default on the loan or total the car. They told me to call the dealership, lol. Stay away from Luxury Auto Plex and DO NOT FALL for the GMC Extended Warranty. Not worth the paper it's printed on and you will not get any refunds.

We took it in for them to diagnose the issue(s) with our Jeep that was only 4,442 miles out of warranty and they offered no goodwill, instructed us to contact Fiat NA for assistance who told us that we needed to deal with the dealer directly. Again, no goodwill etc, just an estimate for over $10k to REPLACE the long block. Feckless and unbelievable client service. We ended up selling it back to them for just under $6k and never looked back. If you're considering a new Jeep or RAM pickup, my advice is to run the other way to Ron Tonkin or Dicks in Hillsboro. Our family has purchased a few RAM pickups from both and have had nothing but excellent experiences. NW Jeep, RAM doesn't deserve your time, money or patience.
