On Friday, I sat in the car as I thought if I should go in or not. I was in the area and they had just opened. Therefore I knew I could get in right away if no appointments were made. I came in originally intended to get acrylic toes (ended up not getting it, no fault on them) and this cute ombré sort of look on small acrylic nails. While getting a regular pedicure, I opted out of the acrylic toes. The owner of the salon, who told me before even checking in that she'll be doing my nails, asked to see the picture again to take on her phone. Now the lady who did my toes, I have no complaints like always, same with the lady who waxed my brows (will add photo of what I wanted vs what I got. So with this specific style it was a pink ombré look on the hands. It requires an airbrush to produce this look. The owner obviously knew this. As you could probably guess the airbrush did not work. Which isn't what frustrated me, what frustrated me is that the owner had all the time while she was just walking around to check the airbrush. Especially if that's the only one they have/available. She went the 2 different nail technicians (the amount I know of) to try to get them to fix it but nothing. So in the picture of the color I got on my hands and toes is what I wanted to substitute the white in the middle on the ombré. Obviously, to achieve this look I had to have the base (background/perimeter) be a darker pink. The owner told me there's nothing she can do, it's simply not working. She offered cat eye as an alternative and I entertained a few options. If you're ever had or seen ,cateye you'll know it's nothing like what I wanted. When the owner removed the cateye I told her I didn't want the color. She fake had an attitude that she had to drill all of the nail polish off and repaint them. But I'm the one who should've had an attitude, it was a disappointing experience before but I don't like tainting a business name. I did absolutely nothing that would weaken my nails to the point that 1 nail would come off in less than 24 hours. I paid around $110 money wasted. The polish they put on was purple. When she questioned it they said they had told her it was a mood changing color. She never heard them say that. They insisted that they would charge her extra to redo it, even though they had not made it clear. At one point they told her to wash her hands. While at the sink they barked "no soap" which she didn't hear. Then they got mad at her for using soap and made another fuss. They were also unable to match her toe color to her manicure color. We don't come to a nail salon to be scolded. We come to treat ourselves. Their poor communication and rudeness was unacceptable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I was approached by Jessie who asked me what services I wanted. I told her I wanted to only remove my no-chip she immediately rolled her eyes then walked to a chair and said you can sit here. (Mind you I usually always get either dip or no-chip today was the first time I wanted to give my nails a break since two of them broke.) I asked the nail tech that I was with to soak my nails to remove the polish and she said this the polish (attached below) is the same thing. I said okay.... on the second round of apply some got on my skin and started BURNING ME. I told her I need to wash my hands and she said "it's okay wiped it with a already used paper towel and said see better", I said no I need to wash my hands and got up to wash it. My nails feel so bumping and unprofessionally buffered. I understand I came in for a "small" service but this being the first time I've experienced such horrible service just because I'm not spending a lot is ridiculous. That being said my family and I will no longer be returning to dazzling nails.

I had a couple of inspiration pictures, but ended up having to not do the ones with cat eye or pearl polish since they couldn't do it like the photo. Got a blooming gel instead with french tips! My only complaint is that some of the french tips are different thicknesses and could've been a bit more detail oriented. The total was $68 plus tip, with the base gel being $45 plus $25 art and $2 cash discount. They gave out complimentary $5 coupon and hand cream as a holiday gift!

I do appreciate that they were able to get me in right away. Of course, there were no other customers when I arrived. Two of us stood waiting to be acknowledged. Finally I yelled out hello and two people came out from the back. I didn't enjoy the pedicure. The man that did my pedicure drew blood on my heel with a scrubber. I pointed out that he drew blood and there was no apology, nor discount given. I shouldn't have tipped 20% for that service. Also, my dry skin is still on my toes and heels after he completed the pedicure. My other salon, my feet are like a baby's skin when they use the shaver on my heels, so smooth. My nails look nice from a distance, but on closer inspection, there's lint or bumps stuck in the nail polish. Ugh! I am not happy with anything that occurred today and wasted a $42. I highly would not recommend this salon. Promptly made an appointment for Friday at my usual nail salon.

I was all prepped to really like it. I arrived at 10:30 and was taken right away... I knew upon polish/dip removal that things were going downhill. The polish removal was amateurish and took way way too long. The dip application was lumpy and too thick. The manicurist had really long pointy nails that kept digging into my fingers... I was miserable most of the time. She paid zero attention to my cuticles and the whole procedure was sloppy. My nails are bubbly, rough and show brush strokes! Now these salons are small... so if I go back it's obvious I don't want to work with this person... it's awkward so it's a shame. I also didn't understand a word she said. I paid and tipped 20% but I won't go back... no reason to!
