She told me I should have booked with Rick if I expected a certain outcome. I didn't call to be lectured. I called to have an issue fixed. She refused a refund and only offered to redo the same service I didn't want. After years of frequenting the salon with no issues , I expected them to remove it and offer something I actually liked. Do not go here unless you are absolutely certain of what service you want and know you'll like it. Don't let them steer you into something else, even if they say, "Don't worry, we'll fix it."
