This should be a NEGATIVE Star rating, but the young guy who did my pedicure was kind, professional and did a great job. He's the only reason that there is 1 Star, because the other man that I got a CND full set of nails w/ tips and gel polish was TERRIBLE! My fiancé took me as an early Anniversary surprise on Tuesday 6/27 for a pedicure and a full set for me. THE WORST RESULT and full set experience I've ever had! My full set was/is very thick at base of the nail bed and at the tip, but skinnier in the middle. So, they're uneven over the whole nail bed & do not feel comfortable or look ok! And they wouldn't correct it!! I asked for corrections and the guy said to call back or come back the next day, as he noted, "His shift was Done"!! Honestly, after all the crap and being there for over 3 hours I was done, and didn't want to wait any longer. I told the man that was doing them that I wanted them longer when we started, before & while he was clipping the tips, and he didn't listen!! He even called over a man that seemed to be the manager, and he wouldn't listen either!! Finally, after he did the first coat of the CND, I told him they didn't look right, so he only would re-do 2 of them (the 2 middle fingers). I was uncomfortable with it and he was very pissed to have to redo them. Instead of taking them off, he added a tip on top of the tip. They're bending upwards in the middle on multiple fingers, and I've called, emailed & gone by and since he wasn't there, they could "do nothing". 1/2 of the tips of my nails are bending upwards. Needless to say my calls, emails and voicemails were NEVER returned, which makes sense to me more, as while we were there I noticed that they have caller id that says the number and name of the caller on speaker!! So why would they answer when they know I'm calling about poor service and quality?! Just ridiculous and unprofessional!! Still... I've gotten no response!! MANAGEMENT: Can you please let me know when I can come in to get them corrected? Service was done on 6/27/23. I've called and emailed over 5 times!! UPDATE: Shortly after typing my review, my left pointer finger nail broke in half and started bleeding at the quick! It broke in half, not because I use them TOO much or do extensive physical labor, but because the middle is soooo thin versus the base and tips of the nails! I didn't even say that my right thumb has been bleeding and bandaged for 3 days due to the excessive glue and hard filling, pulling the skin apart under the nail. But I'm going to post it now. I love giving glowing, positive and detailed reviews, and it hurts calling companies out of they're failing...HOWEVER, this business is failing on a level 10!!! At this point I just want my money back for the nail service (not the total amount for the day, solely for these terrible nails)!! read more

So glad I found this place! I've passed it a million times and decided to give it a shot. Wow it's super clean, smells good, bright, welcoming. People were laughing like they've known each other forever and very inclusive. There had to be like 30 pedicure chairs, plenty of manicure stations.. they are a little cheaper than other spots but still did a beautiful job. I had my gel polished changed and the lady was super sweet. read more

So I was getting my nails done and I said "no tips please" and the stupid guy gave me tips because my nails were too short but they were not even that short! So my mom got mad and gave him zero tips . And he gave me tips without aproving with me that it was okay. THE WORST NAIL PLACE EVER! dont go there if you want good service. read more

First time in !  I came in today for a mani/ pedi . It wasn't crowded but there were several customers there. Bee sat me down immediately (no waiting around ) and did my nails/gel polish and a deluxe pedi. To begin with,she is just meticulous ! Her attention to detail was impressive amd she didn't rush. My nails look neat, natural and the polish was extremely well done . She didn't knick me with that drill one time !! Not once ! :) She has a friendly disposition, too. :) My toes were just as neat and tidy! She's amazing at those cuticles ! The massage was so relaxing (she didn't hurry like some places ) I almost fell asleep ! Price was affordable and business was neat and VERY clean .Overall the ONLY thing that was a let down was that there was no "relaxing spa " music . ( The TV was on a loud repo reality show which everyone seemed to be blocking out.) They changed it to a food show ,so that was more tolerable . :) I'll definitely be back ! My nails are SO pretty ! Myself and a friend went together today to get our nails done and although we were pleased with our nails, we witnessed first hand that they do not sanitize their tools. The same ones that were used on us were used on a client that was seated beside us. If that isn't a health code violation it should be bc that is how staph is spread, especially since my friend and I both experienced burns from the rotary tool. Who knows how many people they had used those tools on before us? I had used this salon years ago and decided to give them another try but after today I think I will go elsewhere. read more

Just ok for me. I get pedicures to relax and just feel taken care of. I don't do it often. I ya e yet to find the perfect spot in the area. I do know that this won't be it. I think I had the same guy another reviewer mentioned. He seemed annoyed I was there. Didn't speak to me hardly at all. Just sort of pushed my feet away to indicate what I should do next. Not a great massage, just sort of bland all around. Aaaaaand he walked out the front door after putting top coat on one tow and didn't tell me anything. Like are we done here? Am I waiting for something? What is happening?! Finally caught a glimpse. He was smoking. Just blah blah blah all around. Everyone ELSE in the place seemed sweet. I' ve neve used their service before. Long story short. Jennifer made my nails; I asked her to keep them short which annoyed her and she yelled at me after I insisted to have them short ; She became very cold and didn't want to answer my questions.Almost like my accent was bothering her. And since she didn't want to listen to me, did what seems good to her ( I was asking for an acrylic natural) she prefer doing something like a pinkish Ombré. This was my first time at Elegant Nails and I had such a great experience. I had a wedding to attend today and every salon I went to was too full for a walk-in. (Understandable because it was a Saturday) Elegant Nails was able to take with only a 5min wait. Crazy T did my new set and I am very happy and pleased. They look so amazing and he was so fun to talk to. Always making jokes and making sure I got what I wanted. And I can't explain how crazy affordable they are. I went here for my wedding nails. I asked for short coffin nails and when i asked to go shorter the guy huffed and puffed about it. My nails look horrible. One of them are not even, they are lumpy and have stuff like lint and nail shavings sticking to them. Now my fiancé got a basic so they look clean for marriage pictures, 3 of his fingers were bleeding like crazy and look awful. When we left, he kept asking my sister in law why he was marring me. Just rude overall and both of our nails are messed up beyond the point of fixing. read more

Fixed and shape because previous salon didn't do my coffin correctly. The guy who did my pedicure did a through job. My legs and feet felt great afterwards. He did ok on my polish job. I just went here last week for a face wax and let me tell you, Ti Ti went above and beyond! She took me to a little room in the back where everything was set up and I got to lay down on a bed so I was very comfortable and not craning my neck every which way. She makes sure to not only wax but trim your eyebrows for you, she also plucked the stray hairs. The shape of my eyebrows are perfect! She spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect. The prices for waxing are great as well. I will definitely be back to see her again! read more

Used to live in Woodstock and had been coming to Elegant Nails for about 3 years. Moved away but my family still lives here so I come back to visit often. After covid, the prices went up but the customer service was good and our nails always looked great so we kept coming back. David and T sold the business recently apparently while I was away but I when I came back to town my mom and I decided to get our nails done so we went back. Wow has it changed! New employees and all so grumpy and rude! I was cut numerous times around my cuticles, no one would answer my questions, and they were trying to move me along quickly so they could just take the next person. It was a busy afternoon on a Tuesday and they couldn't take enough clients, they were rushing the ones they had to get to the next person. Even the employees that stayed after the business was sold are now grumpy and rude! Sadly Elegant Nails is not what it once was and we will not be coming back :/ read more

Came in on a whim looking for a new nail salon! Greeted by 3 ladies, very friendly and personable. The salon is beautiful and modern, with tile floors and gorgeous pedicure chairs. Everything was very clean and I was seated right away. Vicki was so sweet and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. She was great at communicating too, for those of you that freak out about speaking English. Erika did my toes, gentle and did not hurt like some salons. I referred my 68 year old mother to this salon, as I've been a few times and although service wasn't fantastic, they got the job done and were fairly priced. When she arrived she notified them that she has osteoarthritis and her fingers were a bit sensitive and asked if they could be gentle. She sat with "Bea" (not sure how to spell it) for services. While being worked on, she has to ask Bea several times to please be gentle. The last time she asked, Bea became angry, stood up and slammed her hands on the table, pushed her chair and stormed off. We sat there confused as to why she was so upset. We asked what was going on and nobody could say. She sat there for about 15 minutes before someone came to finish her nails. We asked what happened and they said Bea was annoyed at the fact that my mom was being so "sensitive" and she "didn't have time for that." They recommended that my mother never get her nails done again if she can't handle pain. The whole situation was uncalled for. There were several people in the waiting area that saw the entire thing take place and decided to leave themselves; they were shocked at how my mother was treated. read more

New to Woodstock, and was looking for a new place. Went here based on all the positive reviews. Will not be back. Guess I will continue to travel to Atlanta to get what I'm used to! First, you should not soak your hands in acetate. Terrible! Second, the customer service is lacking. One larger gentleman who works there could not get back to his phone fast enough! i went to them for the first time today and got a super cute design! when i walked in i asked if they could do the design first of all and Kevin said he could. they seem to be really popular and have a lot of regulars because it definitely took a while for me to get them done (also went around 3:30 ish so make sure to think about their busy hours if going without appointment and even with appointment if they start someone a bit before u ur gonna have to obvi wait) went quick with my nails tho and paid $60 for the two colors and design which i thought was more than fair :) will update with how long they last because that's one of my biggest factors in finding a nail place! read more

I really wanted to love them - but their customer service leaves a little to be desired. My usual place is in the middle of a move, so I went to another place on Dallas Hwy a little over a week ago and ended up with 3 broken nails within a week and needed someone new to redo my SNS nails. I found Elegant Nails Spa on Yelp* with great reviews so decided to give them a try. Called and made an appointment and the lady who took my call was very nice, she was the same one who greeted me when I arrived. Business was slow when I arrived and I was seated very quickly. I was given a ton of colors to look at, but within 90 seconds my fingers were in acetone so I did not have time to select a color. I had a cut on my L pinky right by the nail so I told her that I really didn't want to put that finger in acetone, she started to roughly file it and hit the cut 2x before telling me no matter what the acetone would touch it. So I just toughed out the soak. The tech that did my nails barely spoke to me the whole time. She asked what color, and told me to go wash my hands at the end - that is about it. She was pretty rough with my fingers and knicked my R thumb 2x with the rotary file. She didn't even seem to notice. At one point one nail bed felt like it was on fire from the rotary file. She was completely oblivious and so rough. In the end my nails look great though. She seemed to follow the steps my usual guy does, minus a color dip or two. I would possibly go back, but would ask for a different tech next time. read more

Very nice manager but not staffed properly for a weekend surge. I'm used to being able to get out within an hour to hour and half if I'm having full set and pedicure. I don't want to be sitting in the spa chair for 20 minutes before anyone ever comes to start working on me. Maybe if you have an appointment you'll get moved through quicker. read more
