I bought a Groupon for a full set of mink lashes. The price was $71.00. I sent three texts and called once over the course of three days from the day of my purchase and heard nothing back. Since the Groupon was after the time period to cancel, I was only able to get Groupon bucks and not just refund to my debit card. I never even use Groupon! So basically I am out $71.00. I bought a deal for a full set and a fill and also made arrangements to get my brows waxed before an event. When I showed up she had loaned her wax pot out and couldn't do my brows. I texted her for weeks without a response before she finally responded to set up a time for the fill. She then accused me of being 30 minutes late until I showed her the text messages on my phone with the agreed upon time. Then, she was upset that I showed up for a fill without any original lashes left. I reminded her that I had been trying for weeks to get in for the fill and this was the date she suggested. I had to again show her our messages to convince her. During this argument, she was eating peanuts and did not wash her hands before touching my eyes (what if she had an allergic client?). During the application of my fill I quickly noticed that her breath smelled like marijuana. I will not be returning. read more
