What a find, thanks to my wife! She was looking around online for wheels and tires and came across this place. We ended up adding a couple Mopars to our collection. Unfortunately, when I took my Hellcat on the open road I noticed some pretty serious vibration starting at 70 and got worse as speeds increased. Decided to take her into Element for a simple rebalance. Staff was very friendly and able to get me in last minute! They were very knowledgeable and thorough with just a rebalance. Technicians found lots of build up and the front tires were a little out of balance. They informed me they cleaned the wheel up best as possible and completely rebalanced for me! No more crazy steering wheel vibration! I will be back when it's time or for an upgrade that's for sure. read more

Great Website and Custom Wheel store. I purchased a set of wheels online for a 2022 Model X, and worked with Jimmy online to be sure they can fit the vehicle without issues. I settled on some staggered 22" BD-F25 in gloss black and put the order in online (in addition to new lugnuts). One or two days later it dawned on me that I wanted to have a bronze rim, so I called the shop and spoke with Jimmy and he was able to hold the shipment of the rims and change the rims to a matte bronze color. He talked me through a few different shades of bronze, even sending me an email with examples, which was very helpful. There is an obvious extra charge for powder coating the rims a different color but that's understandable. A few weeks later i received the rims and they looked exactly what I wanted them to look like, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Throughout the tire installation and balancing/aligment process, one of the rims was scratched up, so I asked for the paint code and/or where I can find matching touch up paint and he answered quickly. 100% 5 star experience. Ordered MRR fs01 for a 88 c4 corvette 19 by 9.5 front and 19 by 10.5 for rear. Received the wheels Feb 24 2022 they looked great. Had tires mounted found out 2 of the rear wheels were out of round. I contacted Elements many times with email and phone calls. I received no help and no resolve. Looks like they were damaged in shipping, but no visible signs. On my most recent purchase of Niche M157s, they were quick to answer my questions and even made a suggestion regarding fitment, as I had ordered wheels which were 9.5" all around. I asked them if the tire size I had in mind and they were able to answer with confidence. They also used 3D software to see if the wheels would have enough clearance around the brake calipers, adding spacers to ensure that they would fit. The end result? Great fitment. Jordan then offers me the same wheel in a different color. Sends me a purchase order which I confirm. Then later notifies me that I need to pay $441 additional. This ended up causing some problems and confusion with my order. Robert, the owner of Element Wheels contacted me directly to clarify the problem and work with me to find a solution. I now have my wheels secured! Or, at least I thought I had my wheels secured. My original order was bead lock wheels, my emails were about bead lock wheels, my phone conversation with Robert was about bead lock wheels, so what did they secure for me? Thankfully they do such poor business here at element Wheels that I ended up saving over $500, got free mounting and balancing, and my wheels were delivered inside of a week from Performance Plus tire. Element Wheels said that their partner Bolt said that my transaction was flagged as possibly fraudulent. Requested that I send a photo of my ID and my credit card for approval. Once sent, it took three more days for them to say nah, you need to use a different payment method, and you can't have the wheels and tires sent to your shop of choice, they need to be sent to your house. I've never had any problems with my card ever. But like I said, I went to Performance Plus Tire saved a bunch of money and time and my order was processed immediately. No hassle, no accusations of fraud, zero problems. read more

Super frustrated that I was charged for TPMS and later find out none of them are reading. 200$ that I basically had to eat when I spent well over 2k for the package I ordered. They told me that they would do a test fit to make sure the tires fit right because they didn't want me to be sick with the tires. Horrible experience. I don't normally write 1-star reviews so take this with emphasis. I bought some wheels that turned out to be back-ordered. No problem, this happens and I was grateful a rep from EMS called me and notified me it will be about a month delay. A month later, I am calling in to get a status update on my order. Called during their business hours, and after 2-3 missed calls, my calls were being sent straight to voicemail. This was verified since I have multiple phone lines. I don't know how they do things in Arizona, but this isn't customer service in the rest of the world. It's shit. Especially when a customer's order is over $1,000 ... that's not a small sum of money for someone to part with. Don't bother with this shop, go support another business who actually cares about customers and doesn't ignore them. If you still want to try it out, use PayPal to buy so at least you can ask PayPal for a refund if it doesn't work out. read more

March came and no update until I called and said oh yeah heres a tracking # you should get it in 5-7 days. A month later not update from anyone or tracking.
