Had my truck done today. The bed looks great no complaints there. Lines are straight and clean. However there is over spray between cab and bed. This is a bit disappointing as it's a brand new truck and this is what I was worried about especially being a white truck. Nobody may notice but I do know it's there. Also would of preferred to keep the caps/covers that were removed during the process. Update-Showed them the problem and notified I found a product to remove overspray. They payed for the product and I will remove myself no biggie. They replaced the plugs in the bed and gave me a product to protect bed rails. While waiting they have a tv where you can see the workers working on your vehicle! It's very interesting to watch but also helps so your not just sitting wondering if you vehicle is just sitting around or if it's actually being worked on. This may have been one of the best experiences I have had with any business...ever! I had a relatively small job that was somewhat unique and challenging to make work. Rick went out of his way and took responsibility for making things work, even though what I gave him to work with was anything but straight forward. Because he wasn't 100% happy with how a piece fit, which was absolutely not his fault or responsibility, he waived the install labor for the job...I thought the piece fit just fine by the way. In the end, they probably lost money or broke even on this small job, but made me feel like I was a VIP anyway! This is a true family business and everyone was super great. His daughter greets you when you come in, his son came out from the back with him and shook my hand, and I am pretty sure his wife was the nice lady that walked by and smiled and waved from a distance. I took my Sierra pickup to these guys and they did a fantastic job. The bed not only looks great, but is now well protected. The edges (where the liner stops) are crisp and straight, and it only took an hour and a half! They made sure to take the access panels off and do them separately so they're still functional. On top of it all, they throw in a lifetime guarantee! I will absolutely use Universal from now on for any spray on lining I need. The owners of Universal spray-in liners, Ric and April are awesome I can't say enough good about them, they stand behind the work and product that they sell and also take care of (Fix) terrible work that other companys ( Line-X ). Don't waste your money on Line-X instead go to Universal spray-in liners and get the best liner possible they know the meaning of a lifetime warranty. I spent three weeks trying to convince Line-X that their lifetime warranty needed to be satisfied. I got nowhere with them all I got was a bunch of lip service on why it wasn't their responsibility. Universal spray-in liners took care of what Line-X would not do, they scraped out all the old liner and installed a brand-new liner. I just bought a New used truck that had Universal Bedliner in it the dealership had done. My sill step on 2 of my door are warn to the metal so I wanted to get a quote on what it would cost, 5 inched by 2 feet times 4. I spoke to the older woman I think she said she was the wife??? She told me the door jam well that will cause problems on clearance. I was a rep for a company Rino liner back in 1995 I had my New 1995 GMAC done and like it so much with the ballping hammer and liner not breaking the counter top is was an easy sale. I just sold it thru my company that I worked for. I am a body paintman have photos tp prove it, so I checked the clearance no problems.. I never was called back, 2 days later, I had to go to Phx welding and Beige Ford for parts, so I stopped in... The woman on the phone is the woman I am not talking to, she was very abusive talking down to me a customer on my knowledge, she told me the door jam and I could not get her to look at what I was talking about never came out to my truck to look, nasty like a truck driver personality that I have ever meet.. She told me 250 per door and her sprayer can only spray in a 4 foot pattern when they had a kids truck with the bedliner in it??? So you lost what ever business I would give you and the word of mouth will hurt you, Oh when I was at Bridge Ford I seen your Hummer across the street at the dealership; no time for me but dealership he does???
