I have been searching for a really good massage therapist and I finally found one! Eric was amazing, he was professional and worked on the areas I wanted like I wanted. I don't like the typical feel good massage I have had back issues and arthritis so I need someone who really knows what they are doing or they can hurt my joints or don't know how to work out knots and I just feel like I waste my money. I really have been searching for a good place to get a quality massage for the last 8 years since I moved away from my hometown. I have tried so many places in dallas/richardson area and have not had any luck...I really thought I would never find anyone as good as my massage therapist back home and just settled for anything. I couldn't stop getting massages because of how tense my back gets and anything was better than nothing. I'm so excited and happy I finally found a good massage therapist that can help me finally work out all my kinks and knots. I have tons of experience using different massage companies and therapists. My recent massage with Liz was one of the best I've ever had! She was thorough and talented and had a friendly professional attitude. I did purchase a gift card prior to my visit and made sure to tell the front desk attendant about it several times while checking out. Turns out the gift card wasn't redeemed for my massage and I was charged full price that day. I haven't taken the time to resolve this yet. Husband and I both got massages and both were just OK. Nothing fabulous. My masseuse used basically the same techniques throughout the massage but he did focus on the areas we talked about. My husband prefers a deep tissue massage and his masseuse actually made him say ouch several times which has never happened before. We get massages at least twice a month and know good from bad. These were in the middle. The facility was very nice-clean, warm and welcoming. The staff were very pleasant. They will try to sell you an annual plan but weren't pushy about it. Today was my first massage here and I don't know if I had high expectations but didn't loved it, I mean yes is a massage so is really hard to say it was awful but it wasn't great either, I felt like the masseuse lost time getting the lotion, moving the covers, getting the hot towels and things like that and if you pay for a massage of 90 minutes you obviously want every single minute of it taken advantage of but she just was slow doing other things and I felt like she was doing that in purpose to milk the time or something. The quality itself of the massage was decent but again not great. And I wanted to relax and she talked to me and asked me personal stuff and I was in "spa mode" so it was kinda annoying. And I've heard that a professional masseuse cant take her hands off your body and she did, a lots of times and for minutes. So I wont be coming back here with the same masseuse. The atmosphere was peaceful and friendly. The massage therapist listened and was attentive to my requests. I had no issue making my initial appointment. I decided to treat my friend (who had never had a massage before) to a massage while she was in the city visiting. I found a great deal on Groupon for this place and decided it was worth a try. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and the front desk customer service was excellent. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted and offered some lemon or cucumber water to drink, and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. There was a book in the waiting area that has a description of all the massage therapists with their credentials and personal philosphies. When scheduling the appointment I requested that my friend and I be in the same room during the massages, but we were taken to separate rooms. I was given a male therapist. Although I was a bit uncomfortable because I've never had a male before, he was very professional. Of all the massages I've ever had this one was not the best. I stated I wanted a full body massage but did not receive that. Towards the last 10 mins of the massage I had to make a decision to massage my calves or continue on my back. Also my feet and buttocks were overlooked. This may seem like something simple, but I've had several massages that did not feel rushed. There was a stool in the room that the therapist was using during the massage. I guess he was sitting on it some of the time because I kept hearing it being adjusted up and down. This definitely wasn't relaxing! Luckily my friend had a great experience! She highly recommended her therapist (Miley). Although the customer service was great and the facility was very well kept and clean, it's highly unlikely that I would return again. read more

She was better than the first one, not that the first one was bad, just not as much thumb, elbow, and forearm on the right muscle spots. I woke up with a massive headache and made an appointment on line this morning for 10. The slot said the time was "wait listed" and I had no idea what this meant, but assumed since the time slot accepted my reservation, that there would be no problem or I would be contacted to reschedule. I checked my messages immediately before leaving the house and found none. When I showed up, the receptionist nicely explained the problem - no openings at 10 - and offered me a slot at 2. I understand what happened, but why didn't I get a call until 9:45 if the business opened at 9? And why on earth would the website ACCEPT A RESERVATION if no therapists are available? The staff is kind and respectful. However, the massage was not acceptable. It was rushed and not thorough, the therapist spend only 40 mins when I paid for an hour. The 40 minutes were not spent on the troubled areas that they spend time asking about in the beginning. This place is not worth it. This is my first time ever I am writing a review about anything but I had to. My massage therapist desire is the best I have no complaints about her but please don't take their membership. when you are getting the membership they are so good but when you have to cancel the membership they have so many useless restrictions that they want us to memorize at the time of signing the contract. I don't think so that any of us even read each and everything on the contract or can remember anything after a year. I requested them to cancel my membership as we were moving from Dallas to California and they told me we cannot do it now because was late for some of their deadlines for the cancellation policy. So I had to pay for another month and book the appointment for my last session with desire. On the day when I have my appointment, I have realized that I am not feeling well and have a fever so I called them to reschedule my appointment so the lady told me I have to wait for another 15 days because I had a fever and this is their rule so I said ok and they rescheduled me for another appoint after 15 0r 20 days I don't remember exactly. On that day of the appointment, I called them and told them that I am having severe allergy all over my face and I am in ER so won't be able to come for the appointment today so the lady told me that I have to pay 30$ because I am canceling the appoint. This made me literally so mad that I told her that you guys really don't care about others and it's ok I am not canceling my appointment and I am coming and I won't be responsible if some else gets affected. The lady told me its fine I will reschedule you for another appointment which was today. I went there had my massage at the time of making the payment she told me that I have to pay 99$ for the massage I asked her why I have already one massage left for the last time I paid she said that got expired it has to be within a month of the cancellation time. Really was it my mistake that I got sick and got a fever or allergy. I told her nobody informed me at this when I was rescheduling my appointment and her answer was it's in the contract. read more

Very dissatisfied service by the lady at the front desk named Lacy. My husband and I originally went on 3/3/2020 for a couples massage. The massages were great by the two therapists that helped us. Once we left to pay Lacy gave us and offered us the program of monthly fee of 69.00 for monthly massages. Which it wasn't something I wanted to do for myself but I wanted more for my husband who is a UPS driver. After we signed and confirmed everything LACY "had made his appointment" for March 17th @ 10 with Desarae. Well today my husband went into for his so called appointment and there wasn't one. Nothing under my name or his. She never even scheduled it!!!! My husband had to wait 30 minutes to be seen by someone else which he originally had requested to be with desarae as she was really great and wanted to continue with her. Once his massage was over he knew he would have to pay for the extra fee for the CBD oil. No he was charged $84 for for the massage and the oil. Which in the beginning Lacy explained and asked when we wanted our monthly fee to come out which was the 15th which my husband's membership was never properly processed correctly. So he shouldn't have had to pay for anything except the oil if the membership had been done correctly. Then Lacy had the nerve to tell my husband that if we had the fee taken out on the 1st we wouldn't have had this problem. If that was the case why give us the option of when to have it deducted. Very rude and very dishonest! I called to tell her to cancel our membership and as she was looking at our contract she stated to me that oh so you did want it taken out on the 15th. So what she was trying to charge us twice..not too certain what was going on but her dishonesty really pushed us away to cancel and not return. read more

Molly at Elements Massage was absolutely amazing. I received a Groupon for a one hour massage as a gift and it was my first time visiting Elements Massage. The waiting area is clean and relaxing, and the woman at the front desk was very polite and professional. And then there was the massage.. I explained what areas I would like avoided and what areas I would like focused on and Molly did an excellent job at tailoring the massage to my needs. I never had to ask her to apply lighter or firmer pressure, and there wasn't a thing that I would've had Molly do differently; it was the perfect massage! She did a great job at noticing and focusing on areas of where knots had developed, knots that I didn't even know that I had, and she offered recommendations as to how I can stretch out certain areas and reduce some of the muscle soreness that I've been experiencing. I would 100% recommend Molly at Elements Massage if anyone is looking for a great masseuse! read more

Purchased my massage on groupon a few days ago, and used it yesterday for the hour long Swedish massage and it was awesome! For some reason when I arrived I was told that my appointment I made was not in the system, which was made the day before. Fortunately, they were still able to get me in. My ONLY complaint/suggestion is time. I spent about 5-7 minutes filling out paperwork then maybe another 5 minutes waiting for my therapist. The therapist stops about 5 minutes early to give you time to get dressed so all and all your one hour massage is really about 45 minutes give or take. I wont complain considering I purchased this on groupon for a great price, but if I was paying the full price I expect my full hour to be spent getting my massage. I would suggest having clients show up 15 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out paperwork and wait for available therapist. The massage itself was amazing and Eric was very professional. I am considering signing up for the monthly massage. So glad I found this place, I will definitely be back, great place! read more

Have to give one star because yelp doesn't let I do no star. Be aware of making membership because they won't help you cancel when you really in situations. They try to get you in membership with them without notice you truthfully their policies, always make you think easy, and sign without show you what important in their policies, until you call to cancel, lol!. They raise the price without notice you or get your agreement to keeping up with them. They will try to get your money as much as they can, and if you don't have time to use your monthly membership, your money will be gone. That is ridiculous if you don't use your membership they should help you credit it, but NO. The membership price as normal they always offer on their website or Groupon could be cheaper. Their price is very pricey! Moreover, keep in your mind that 1 hour section $69 membership price always goes only 40min. I have been their 4 times, all 4 times never get 50min as they told me. I never been others locations, but Elements in Richardson is very bad service in my experience. Manager won't able to solve any problem, never be there, whatever problem, you will get her answer is NO. Don't waist your time with them, they won't solve your problem. Only come pay, and go. I never have to pay to get trouble like this elements richardson, I thought I pay to get service and satisfy. So, Be Aware this location! read more

My first experience was great. The therapist I had was wonderful and did a great job. The atmosphere is very calming. However, my recent experience with them has made me decide to NEVER make an appointment with them again. Whoever does their scheduling is very unprofessional. I had an appointment and literally, while I was on my way someone called me to tell me my appointment had been taken because I was on a wait list. I was very confused since no one told me I was on a wait list when I made the appointment. When I called back, the person I spoke to told me it was given to someone else because I never reserved a card on file, which again, NO ONE TOLD ME TO DO. They offered to reschedule, but my day was already booked at this point. Very unprofessional. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. read more

Cannot speak for the quality of the massage but of the customer service. I had booked a massage for my mother on short notice which the business did not send a confirmation to her about. I see a problem with the business running a Groupon before any services are even rendered, whether in the fine print or not. Because the booking was within a 24-hour time frame, there was not even an option to reschedule anyway, so either way it would have been lost money. It would likely be in the best interest to be flexible with clients so that they can become returning customers or recommend the place to others, which I definitely won't be doing. read more

I found Elements Massage on groupon and went due to very bad back pain. I had an appt for a 90 minute massage. I don't remember the therapist's name, but she did seem to care about my pain. She offered to work JUST on my pain spots in my back, but I told her I'd like that to be the majority but that I would still like the full body massage. The first thing she said when she felt my knots and tension in my back was the Lord's name in vain. I was very offended. I feel like massages should be relaxing and am not used to being talked to the whole time. She used the Lord's name in vain a second time when she found a really big knot. She kept talking to me, which I can see because she cared about my pain, but I really wanted to relax after a really long day. I knew that the massage would hurt and expected it to because of my back issues, but at one point it hurt so badly on my right shoulder that a sharp pain went into the front of my shoulder that felt like someone put a sharp pin on my nerve. She also did not do my whole body, but I laid on my front the whole time. I left and have had the same pain in my back 6 days later. I will never go there again nor do I recommend it to anyone.
