Had my first massage at Element with Bogdan today and left satisfied and feeling better. Signed up for membership which offers me massages at a reduced rate. I'm looking forward to continuing. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Bogdan is a very good masseur. Only complaint was that the massage room was too warm. read more

Asking people for their credit card numbers just to hold/make an appointment isn't in good taste.

I've had really good experiences with many of the therapists here, but this week was particularly great. Three days out from a marathon race, I needed a really thorough (but careful) massage and Bogdan delivered! Very impressive and now I'm ready to run! read more

The overall atmosphere was nice, friendly front desk staff, clean and relaxing rooms although a little cold. It was so unfortunate that I wasn't able to experience a satisfying massage.. my male masseuse was very kind and polite, asked me questions where I wanted focus on and how much pressure, I made it clear I wanted and needed a strong pressured massage because I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, but what I got was a gentle gentle oil rub. I kept asking and letting him know I want more pressure, but it was an overall very very gentle 60mim oil spreading session. I can spread oil on my body myself, I wanted a massage. I just lay there on the table wanting to cry that I have to pay for something I wouldn't even call a massage and wasn't enjoying at all. I'm guessing he was new to the job. Maybe his first day. I let out a little of my frustration at the front desk, they gave me a $10 discount and reassured me I can choose a more pressure strong masseuse next time... sigh. I was looking forward to releasing tension in my neck, so frustrating I came out upset with all the neck tension still there. read more

Elements massage is a great place the staff is very friendly and Frank is probably one of the best massage therapists I've seen. The two hour massage is perfect The rest are just not long enough. At the end of the massage you get personal feedback on how to improve your health and well being through massage. I highly recommend elements massage. read more

I was traveling for work in the area and had a horrible sleep on the hotel bed the night before, waking up with a kink that left me in horrible pain. I called every area massage place I could find that had good reviews and Elements Massage was very helpful. They took the times I was available, looked at the calendar and knew there was a possible cancellation and kept in contact throughout the afternoon. They knew how much pain I was in and worked to fit me in and for an hour and a half. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in accommodating me and she was so pleasant to deal with knowing how much pain I was in. And Adam was my massage therapist and did a great job. He adjusted the pressure based on my feedback as I like real deep tissue work. I needed thorough work done and he did so much to un-knot me as much as possible. I was able to continue stretching afterwards and my kink worked through and I was able to sleep that night. It was a literal lifesaver being I was on work travel for that entire week and this was day two. The massage therapist was great, the front desk staff helpful and pleasant and a great environment - like the heated table. Thanks!! read more

I went to get a 1 hour Swedish massage about two weeks ago and was pretty disappointed. I got there about 10 mins before my appointment and the masseuse wasn't even there, she got there about a min or two after my scheduled appointment. The restrooms lock did not work, so if you have to use the restroom there's no guarantee someone won't walk right in on you. The room where I got my massage was freezing! And the bed wasn't heated either. When the masseuse returned she then asked if I would like the bed heater on. It would have been nice if it was already on when I got in cuz the room was so cold. The masseuse did ask questions on how I like the pressure and if there were places she should focus and I said no. She spent so much time on my back that there was barely any time for other parts. I wasn't a big fan of her massage style because she used too much finger tips to help with "tense" muscles which was actually painful and uncomfortable. I wish I could remember her name now but I guess she was that unmemorable. Overall I wouldn't go back. read more

I went to Elements with significant pain associated with an old injury. Jodie was able to quickly locate the issues and performed a deep tissue massage. She was able to greatly increase my mobility and reduce my pain level. I highly recommend her. read more

There are so many quality massage centers - this is not one of them. Their staff got my appointment wrong and the masseuse did not read the notes for injury issues therefore avoiding them during the massage. The cost and experience will not have me going back. PS - Parking is a nightmare. read more

Had a Deep Tissue Massage with Tom today! Working as a dentist I am constantly hunched and bending over and my back gets very tight. I have been going to Elements for a while and am always happy with the service they provide. Tom really knows what he is doing: he gets in and relieves the knots and stress that have built up from a busy month of work and he is very knowledgable when I have questions. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had signed up for their monthly service, lost my job right after, called to cancel and they charged me anyway. Then the GM calls me personally, I explain what happened and she said no problem, BUT charged me anyway for two months and put me into collection. Don't get suckered into these "contracts". This all happened within 10 days. read more

It is affordable and most importantly geared towards therapy rather than just a spa massage experience. I have a lot of neck, shoulder and back pain and am able to manage it much better by getting a therapeutic massage once a month. The staff is well adept at honing in on problem areas and this makes a difference in my everyday life. read more

I've been to Elements 3 times now. I've enjoyed the therapists. I go there to be worked on. I've not been disappointed. This last time I was worked on by Jennifer. She's maybe about 4'10". She rocked my world. She worked me over. She spoke to me about her method and made sense to me. What's more is I was a participant during my deep tissue experience. If I did not want to actively participate she would have switched modes. Anyway, I felt free from my tension. I will see her again. The masseuse used so much oil I almost slipped off the table! I had to wipe it off with the sheets when she was done but I still got some on my clothes when I dressed afterwards. Also did not like the hard sell. read more
