I was GUARANTEED that I would be receiving the replacement dispenser and water today (7/2) - I just saw that they've pushed my delivery out to tomorrow!!! I've had to go out of pocket to BUY WATER FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS BECAUSE I'M NOT ABLE TO DRINK WHAT WAS PROVIDED OR USE MY CURRENT DISPENSER! I even requested to cancel and was told I'm "not allowed to cancel". I was also told that I'm not able to get a refund for the defective water and I was stuck with that nearly $20 charge. Service, the taste of the water and then the prices were ridiculous. We were lucky when we could get service and ran out of water so often, I'd go to stores to buy more. I don't know about you, but at 60, launching a big ole 5 gallon of water into the back of your SUV, is not an easy task!! Then I remembered seeing a Culligan truck in Sherman. I called and we immediately got back on track. Chad K. has been our Culligan man for about a year or so now. Great service, sends us a test as a reminder that he's on his way. Couldn't be happier. We love Chad!!! My daughter and her family even signed up for Culligan. Highly recommend Culligan. We're even considering getting a filtration system through them.

Why did no one tell me if I moved across town I would need this expensive system?
