This review is long overdue! My apologies to Steve and the team, who did a great job on my car back in October. The Lotus factory messed up the rear badging on my 2024 Emira, and gave me chrome lettering instead if black, so I wanted to wait until that was fixed by my dealer to take new pics for this review, but that hasn't been resolved yet so I thought I should go ahead and write one anyway before more time passed. Anyway, Steve was a joy to work with starting from getting quotes. During the initial inspection when I first pulled in, he found a small dent on the bottom of my front fender, and I didn't really want to go back to my dealer to sort that out since I waited so long for the car already. He opted to help me wrap the front in black to conceal the dent, which helped give it a unique look. I chose matte PPF for the body, which I think turned out amazing. Along with the window tint, I also opted to get a sun visor strip in the front and windshield protection film, which has already saved my windshield from a couple of rock impacts. He even helped me install skid plates that I bought separately at no extra charge so I really appreciated that. All in all it was a great experience and I'd bring any of my future cars here! read more

I don't know anything about cars but I needed a window tinting for my Honda accord. Steve was responsive and got me an appointment within a few days and gave a reasonable quote. When I got there he recommended certain tints based on his expertise. I also had water spots on my passenger side and rear windows that he showed me a sample of how he could buff it out. Gave me a reasonable quote for that as well without pushing it. In addition, he helped wipe off the top coat (?) of someone's car that rubbed against my front bumper just last week. My car came in really dirty, so he was going to wash the car since they can't tint on a dirty car. Steve said all of this with no judgment which was really nice. My car is a mess.
