For me to take the time to write a review is an evidence of the work, quality, and peace of mind that Elevate Auto Glass gave to me because I'm not one to write reviews. But after concerns, multiple automated phone calls and appointments with another company, nothing compares with speaking to an actual person (Renee) who eased my mind, walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Her voice was kind and confident -- she was altogether helpful. Although our day in age provides conveniences through technology (which is helpful no doubt), there's just a certain element of power, poise and personal touch that only humans can provide. In addition to this, Kurtis did an immaculate job replacing my windshield both in timeliness (arrived with notice, on time, and took about 1 hour) and assurance (showed and explained what was done and answered questions with competence). I looked at satellite auto glass repair in Frisco, and their quote for fixing my windshield was over 400. That same day I happened to drive by the Elevate Auto Glass van during work, called and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. This guy had excellent communication, installed my new windshield while I was at work, and I was able to pay for it over the phone when he was done. It was more than half of what Satellite charged.. this guy should be your first choice for auto glass repair in Summit County!! Great service! I initially had an appointment with Safelite which told me replacing my passenger window would cost me around 450 and they wouldn't be able to help me for another 2 WEEKS!! I got recommended Elevate by a friend and I am so happy I went with them. They were able to come out and fix my window the next day since they had my part on hand. Not only that, but they also only charged me 250. The other thing that was great about Elevate was that they called the day of and said that if I was available they could even come out and do it earlier in the day. My car was broken into via smashing one of my windows. Some of the more well known repair shops had earliest appointments three weeks out, if they fit my schedule. I tried one last google search to see if any other group could come sooner, and after talking to another small group, they put me in touch with Elevate since Elevate could come that day and they couldn't. Elevate was here within an hour of calling them and within another I had a brand new window! They cleaned out the broken glass from inside my car and even cleaned the outside of all of my windows (so much pollen!). Very friendly guy and wonderful service. read more

Couldn't be happier. Got scheduled quickly for windshield replacement and was able to get an appointment within a week's time. Curtis is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and friendly, and he went the extra mile. He even saved the velcro adhesive from my fastrak so I could easily re-mount it (in a better position, thanks to his advice) and he replaced my "next scheduled maintenance" tag on the windshield. Curtis was so very helpful. After my car was broken into, I needed two windows replaced (windshield and a tinted rear passenger's side window).
