Curtis was polite, respectful and extremely accommodating. The back windshield on my Jeep came loose from the casing and then completely popped out/off. While on my way home from work I called around to see if anyone was able to fit me into their evening schedule. Not only was Curtis able to accommodate my same day request, he is actually a mobile unit and met me at my house by the time I arrived home. I work in San Francisco and live in Concord, so after an hour and twenty minute commute, it was nice having him come to my home. He was also less expensive than the other places I called. When I came back outside he was cleaning off some old adhesive from stickers that had been on the window for some years. To me it is always the small things that make the biggest impression. Awesome service ! we had our insurance to switch to Elevate auto Glass who did an awesome service. First,our Insurance CSAA referred us to Safelite who butchered the job, broke our cowl ( the plastic piece in front of the windshield) Safelite took our windshield and our antenna and left us stranded with some plastic on our car in case of rain. the guy from safelite looked like he did not know what he was doing. Also he said we needed to take our car to the body shop because there were some rust . It was totally BS, in fact it was only some light powder rust , small patches which is kind of normal for an 18 years old car. I've had this gigantic crack on my front windshield for over a year, and last Friday as I crossed the bridge to get to Vallejo a van in front of me kicked up a huge rock and pelted my front windshield. Needless to say the cracks from the chip were moving at a rate of speed faster then the other crack. I messaged 4 company's for a quote on my car on Sunday afternoon and Curtis was the first one to respond to my request. He was very knowledgeable and friendly through the entire process well before the repair. I had my appointment scheduled for today, and the amazing part is that I was able to leave my car at my office and have the work done without needing to be there. My job requires me to be on the move all day, but that was not an issue for Curtis. He messaged me when he got there and called me just as he finished up and luckily I was nearby and stopped to check out the finished job. Windshield was brand new and looked professionally installed. He pointed out to me that the windshield was previously replaced and whatever company that did the work did not do a good job sealing the windshield to the frame of the car. I had bought the car used and I never replaced the windshield till today. Curtis was very informative on all the work he did on my car and made sure I understood everything he told me. The price was $300, not bad at all. Way cheaper then Safelites quote of $450. Felt amazing driving home and not staring at a humongous crack the whole drive home. Curtis was awesome. I got a quote from Safelite for $514 for my windshield replacement. I called Curtis and he quoted me about half that. Not only that he came to my location within an hour of me calling him. He pointed out that my dashboard was looking faded from sun damage. He offered to put a solution on that brought it back to its original shine, and protects it from future sun damage for free. So I hired him. I live in vallejo and offered to go out his way so he didn't need to pay toll but he said it was alright and we scheduled for a Saturday morning appointment. I had a 10 inch jagged crack on the bottom of my windshield and called Curtis yesterday to setup a time to come by. He was able to came out today and replaced my whole windshield in 2 hours (the crack was too big to fix on its own). Apparently, the last time I had my windshield replaced by Safelite several years ago, they took some short cuts causing the glass not to be set completely properly and losing some of the plastic covers on the bottom of the glass. Curtis kindly fixed and replaced these with extra parts he had and even cleaned all of my other windows! My car looks so much nicer now and I feel good about his technique--it's so tricky, since I'm a non-expert, I just don't know if something was done with a short cut! I feel good about this replacement and highly recommend Curtis and Elevate glass if you need any help with your windshield. read more

Had a last minute call to work nights the day of my appointment. Having worked the night before and getting off in the morning, I let Curtis know at 7am of my situation. He promptly replied and let me know it was ok. So I left my payment card in the car with the door unlocked and when I got to my car to go to work that night, my car was all fixed up and ready to go. I had a brand new windshield, no more cracks and stars in my windshield from flying rocks on the freeway. A close inspection revealed no air leaks that I could hear when I got on the freeway, no broken windshield arms that I could see, and no broken/cracked plastic air grill.
