This is my new favorite trampoline park in town! There is a ton of room and features. They have the dodge ball court, trampolines, basketball, foam pits, hanging and climbing features, Ninja warrior type obstacles, and a zip line. I also love that they have a snack bar, huge seating area, and decorate party space. Prices for kids range from $9-15 (weekends are more). No slip socks come with your purchase, but if you bring them in your next visit, you get $1.00 off. read more

My kids love going here. The facility is large and spacious, lots of rooms for jumping and other things. They have a zip line but it seems to always be broken when wile go there. It's clean and prices are reasonable, they have special discounts for weekday/weeknight jumps. read more

THE OWNER was extremely rude. Came to celebrate a 2 year old, TWO birthday party and instead of politely saying no outside food she questioned who's birthday it was (no happy birthday to the young girl) but instead told the mom "WE HAVE A CONCESSION STAND SO NO OUTSIDE FOOD" the concession stands food isn't good and she didn't like the pizza options so we ordered something else not thinking their would be a problem and we also asked the worker at the front desk. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed at the OWNERS behavior. It's a 2 year old lady-- clearly you shouldn't be owning a place that is suppose to make children happy, have fun, and feel special. Extremely disappointed. You charge ridiculous rates to jump chill out if people don't want to buy your concessions. read more

Went two nights in a row from out of town. First night they closed an hour earlier than advertised so we went back the second night. Second night they advertised being open until 10pm but closed at 8:00. Management should be fired if the can't keep the hours they advertise. The kids felt ripped off and rightfully so. read more

First, I would like to say that trampoline-ing is not my gig; it actually makes me quiver thinking about jumping (bad knee injury). HOWEVER, I just had my sons 6th birthday here last Saturday and it was so much fun. Even though it was slightly insane and crazy busy here (no fault of the establishment...good for them); this might have been the easiest party I have had to do yet. I literally showed up with balloons, some table decorations and a cake....they put it all on a cart (that was monitored behind the front desk) and off the kids went to bounce for an hour and a half. During that time, my AMAZING party host, Angie, set up all of the decorations, gifts, cake, etc. in the party room and we just showed up when they announced the birthday boys special announcement. At that point, Angie did everything...from setting the tables, passing out pizza & drinks, cleaning up, getting the cake prepped with candles, initiating "happy birthday" song, cutting the cake, dishing it out and cleaning everything up!! SO EASY!!!!! I did see a review earlier that mentioned the poor monitoring of the staff....I must say it was completely opposite while we were there. The staff was EVERYWHERE non-stop. What was really impressive was how much they cleaned!! I mean....they guys had vacuum backpacks on cleaning the entire place constantly. Super long story short, I would highly recommend this place, not only for a party (but if you do, ask for Angie) but just a good time. Staff was fantastic!! read more

I went to Elevate this past Saturday for a birthday party. Man was it packed! Lots of action, lots of kids, great obstacles, the pits were full of cubes. They have a kitchen/snack bar which is nice and convenient. My boys had a great time, this was the best part. The not so best part, poor monitoring by staff which did not make for a very safe environment. The kids were jumping right after another in the foam pits, kids were running all over the place running into each other, there was no monitor on the zip line. This should have a height limit on it or have someone monitoring or require parents to be involved, because there were plenty of kids who could not reach the handle bars and needed to be lifted up. And could have easily fallen over. As a parent it just all screamed accident, made me worry my kid was gonna get hurt. The little children's area was swarmed with big kids who were climbing the wrong way on the little slide as kids were trying to slide down. Lots of kids sliding into each other there. Again, I just cringed thinking my kids were gonna get hurt. My kids were bummed I did not let them on, but it was for my kids safety because I did not want them to get hurt. When I observed the staff that was walking around, they barely made corrections or made safety decisions. Just walking around looking at the chaos around. So overall is it a great trampoline park yes, again great obstacles and trampolines. But I would NEVER, NEVER have a party here or come on a weekend. Too chaotic, too dangerous and poorly staffed for safety. Also, I know they were busy but the kitchen looked pretty dirty too. The pizza I had at the birthday party was not that great, Costco has better pizza. read more

Great location. We came for a B-day party and we loved it. Lots for the kids and adults to do. The staff was very friendly and super helpful in explaining getting information into the computer for wavers. Great place to hang out while the kids tire themselves out. They have Birthday rooms and provide food and cake for the birthday. The birthday staff was super friendly and overall we will comeback. read more

Another customer who was bullying kids in the dodge ball area threatened me with a gun he was carrying when I asked him to stop hitting small kids with full force. I asked two young staffers to help and they said he had been warned and asked to leave but would not. You can't leave the safety of your kids in the hands of the teens who did not seem bothered. However, when I was threatened, I found the custodian who took me to the manager and the adults acted swiftly. It's a great space and clean, but unfortunately, this has made me afraid to ever return. read more

Definitely the best trampoline park in New Mexico and we go to them all quite regularly. They're new, clean, and have lots of areas to play so even when it's busy I feel like you can still not feel overwhelmed, which is definitely not the case at their competitor locations. They have a snack bar and lots of sitting areas which is super nice too and something their competitors lack as well. The only issue I would say is that they have special prices online that they are not honoring right now and that is annoying. I tried to go to Toddler Time but the person said they aren't doing that now even though it is listed on their website. I know a family that tried to do their family time pricing and they said the same thing to them as well. I definitely feel like they have a bit of false advertising going on which is really uncool and unfair. Once your'e there you kind of feel obligated to stay because the kids are so excited even though they aren't honoring their advertised prices online. They really need to fix this issue asap. If it weren't for this pricing discrepancy going on I would give them a higher review on here. read more

For jumping only yes for a party, absolutely never again. It was a awful experience which almost ruined our daughters birthday. We waited 40 minutes to check in even thou there was only a group in front of us. This resulted in 20 minutes of the kids jump time being lost. No one set our room up and our actual party was delayed by 25 minutes. The manger was 16 yrs old and had no idea what customer service is. He said he would give us a extra 10 minutes in the party area but our party started 25 minutes late. Pizza came but no drinks for the kids. We were reminded a total 5 times out loud how much time we had left in the party areas. It's a common area and none of the other parties were told their remaining time because they had a party host, we did not because ours quit. No one was aware however till our part was late. When pizza and drinks were finally available the manager was pushing cake, when cake was served by us because there was no server, he was pushing opening gifts. We had to do all the gathering and serving ourselves and still paid 2x's what fallout cost us 2 years prior with no stress. Never ever again!!! We are very busy parents of 6 children and have had many birthday parties in multiple venues....never had a issue like this, this was the worst and most expensive party we have ever had ever. read more
