Jeremy gave me great advice and a good price, which included inspection and recalibration of our motorized opener and a 1-year warrantee on parts and labor. The ENTIRE process was a delight from the individuals in the office that made the appointment to the technicians that installed the garage door. They were 10-star service individuals. They were extremely kind, personable, professional, and efficient. The best part of the review is that this is the beginning!!! Fast forward to today (6-months-ish from when the brand-new door was installed). We had the perfect storm over the weekend where one teenager is leaving and shuts the garage, unsuspecting his teenage brother is in the process of backing out of the garage. Well, our garage door looked 9-months pregnant after the impact. Luckily no cars or teenagers were harmed in the making of the perfect storm. My wife called over the weekend to see if we'd be able to get on the schedule early this week. They called her immediately on Monday morning- letting her know Wednesday was the first available appointment, before my wife could say OK or darn it, the woman on the other line said, No- I'm going to have someone out today between 12-4. We received a message that 12pm that the technician was 20-minutes away!! When he arrived, he was EXTREMELY friendly and said Oh we can get this fixed right up. He also informed me he remembered putting our door in 6-months ago. He knew he could get the door back into working condition but still gave me a few options of what they can do if we don't like the look or function after it's up and running. It could not have been an hour later I hear a knock on the door that he was finished. He showed me the door inside & out, put the door up/down, and even offered to reprogram the keypad if I needed it. I'm not sure if you've made it this far into the story/review or not- but I will forever be a customer and advocate of Davis Door Company. I'll recommend them to anyone I can in their service area. It is very hard to find a company so pleasant, affordable, and customer focused in this day & age- especially a service industry. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT DAVIS DOOR COMPANY!!!
