What a great place!!! Superb sandwiches, delicious salads, a great sampling of local beers on tap, as well as a phenomenal cider. I ordered the Cobb Salad which was a generous portion of high quality meats, tomatoes, eggs and fresh, crispy romaine lettuce. The house made blue cheese avocado dressing was wonderful, this coming from someone who hates blue cheese! My husband ordered the meatball sub and raved about how good it was. Amazing, since as a native New Yorker, he's a hard one to please with meatball subs! The side of potato salad was yummy, it was the owner's grandma's recipe. I love a place that has soup specials in the summer, I will try their soup next time I visit if it is gluten free. Totally legit all the way down to a spot on hoagie roll, crisp on the outside and cushy inside. We tried the Italian as well as their Ruben with house cured corned beef, will have to try chicago beef next time. Very impressive. Finally went here after putting it off and I have been missing out!! I got the Philly cheesesteak and it was the most flavorful and tender meat I've ever had on a Philly. It was very comparable to bulgogi. The bread is soft so you don't rip your mouth open biting into it. Even half a sandwich was plenty of food. Also tried the cheese curds- the breading was delicious and the marinara to dip it was the perfect flavor addition (made me nostalgic for another marinara I had in a foreign land). The only thing that disappointed me was how small a portion we got. One unusually cool thing: they have Blue Sky in the soda fountain! I've never seen that anywhere else. Also go with your patience. The cooking and order taking are done by only a husband and wife team so if they're busy it might take a bit to get your food. Can't wait to go back and try more!! read more

Had lunch there today. The Philly cheesesteak was awesome! Perfect crust on the soft roll. Beef, cheese, onion and peppers were just great. Sandwich nice and hot. The front end guy was super nice and attentive. We came in because we heard they had a good Chicago Italian beef. On that one, they missed the mark. I am from Chicago. The roll and beef were good, but the au jus (gravy) was not at all flavorful. Often there are Italian seasoned green peppers. Not here. The spicy pepper mix was good. Without dipping the meat a bit in the gravy and with a weak gravy, you guys missed the mark for me. Sorry! But I will be back for that Philly! read more

These sandwiches were sadly not elevated, they were depressed. The only reason this didn't get a worse review was because the staff was so friendly. My girlfriend and I each got a different type of sandwich, both of which were extremely underwhelming. I like condiments with my sandwich and it didn't come with much and there wasn't any readily available at our table or by the self serve beverage counter. That in addition to the long wait time of 15-20 minutes to recover the sandwich along with a few mistakes with the order left me not wanting more. I'm told they have great breakfast and the location seems to put a lot of emphasis on the fact they sell booze but I've been on the hunt to find a great local sandwich shop and sadly this place misses the mark. read more

For the past five years, I've been trying so hard to find a good cheesesteak in Fort Collins and I've been nothing but disappointed. I was super excited when I heard about this place and it didn't let me down. Elevated sandwiches has one of the best cheesesteaks I've EVER had! The bun was fresh and tasty, the meat was perfectly shaved and it had just the right amount of American cheese. The mushrooms, onions and green peppers were also perfectly done. Each sandwich comes with a side and they have plenty of options! You have to try the parmesan truffle chips. They're thick cut, fresh and flavorful. They had other options such as coleslaw and pasta salad. Great beer selection and cute modern decor. This is somewhere I could see myself going to every week! read more

I just don't see what is "Elevated" about Elevated Sandwiches, besides the price. We had a Reuben and their meatball "Parmigian" - it was a Reuben and a meatball sub. The Reuben was quite good, slightly too much sauerkraut, but good. The meatball sub was very boring - just flavorless meatballs, marinara, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses on a hoagie roll. Very average quality food - you can get a much better sandwich for a lower price at Cheba Hut. read more

Overpriced and just okay. I don't understand what all the great reviews are about - if I pay $15 for a sandwich, I expect it to be something special, especially considering that they call themselves "elevated." The meatball sub is the most boring thing ever with just meatball, marinara, and mozzarella, and lacks flavor at that. The reuben tasted good but was just a normal reuben and pretty expensive. Chips are very average as well. The ambiance doesn't make me want to hang around there either with uncomfortable chairs and Inta-Juice-like coldness. Won't be trying this place again. read more
