Lacks integrity in meeting appointments that he stated he would be there for. Then he decided not to return calls. When I finally contacted them from a business line, he realized that it was me and gave me an excuse that he was too busy with holiday lighting. Obviously he didn't want the job and he shouldn't have wasted a customers time be leading them to think that he was coming over as he scheduled. My time is valuable as well and if I make time for him, the least that he could've done was not take on the appointment and call if he can't make it. Not the kind of company that I would want servicing my property. I have since found another company and they were prompt, honest, and did a fantastic job. I stand true to customer service and place a lot of value in transparency and integrity. I wish them well. read more

Eli does a good job. That's not the problem though. The problems I encountered with them are a lot of not showing up for an estimate and then when they did finally show up the quote they gave me was high. They said they'd be here all day to do the work and it took them 3 1/2 hours. I could've paid about half of what a competitor (that charges by the hour) quoted had I known it was only a 3 1/2 hour job. That said they are very pleasant to deal with and the son, Elvis, has a very nice personality. Don't get me wrong, my husband and I can't do this type of work ourselves, so I appreciate what they do. But we can't hire them again unless we get a more competitive price and they show up when they promise. read more

Eli was referred to us by a friend and were pleasantly surprised how thorough and professional he was when first met him and his crew (sons). He gave a detailed estimate for the work we needed to be done and even advised us on certain things that didn't need to be done. That was refreshing. These guys came to my rescue last month while I was converting my lawn to xeriscape/edible landscaping. I rented a sod cutter and cut up my sod, thinking that was the hard part. Quickly I realized I could NOT remove the cut sod myself, with no wheelbarrow, in 95 degree humidity, and no way to transport several tons of it. I called at least a dozen landscapers, and everyone turned me down. "We only do that if we're installing aod afterwards." Eli Landscaping called me back within 10 minutes and told me they'd be by within the hour to give me a quote. The quote was more than fair, considering the circumstances, and they even helped me save an extra $100 by using my landfill privileges from the city of Lewisville. Within an hour, their full team was at my house, and within another couple hours, ALL the sod was up and gone. I was astonished. It would literally have taken me a week to do it all myself. They're coming back next week to clean my gutters, and I have a feeling I'll be seeing them pretty often. Eli landscaping was very responsive and professional. They came over the same day we called to give a consultation and quote. They gave us ideas for our yard that we didn't even consider as options. They gave good insight to materials that would be low maintenance and kid friendly like we requested. Pricing was very reasonable. Got to work right away. Finished the project in a week. They were on site first thing in the morning and worked long days to make sure the job was finished. They went above and beyond, even gave us tips on work we were doing ourselves on other parts of our yard and gave us spare materials they had. They touched based with me multiple times throughout the week to make sure the work they were doing met our vision. They even adjusted our irrigation system to accommodate the new landscaping. They were very accommodating and understanding when we made last minute changes. We will definitely be using them again with future landscaping needs! read more

NEGATIVE FIVE STARS [-5]. NO NO NO! DO NOT HIRE! They overpromise and under-deliver. Overpriced and amateur work delivered. Multiple times they would say they would do/buy/plant what I wanted, and then, last minute, say they were doing something else. Uh, really!? No, that is not okay ever! Don't hire these people. They will DO WHAT THEY WANT, NOT WHAT YOU WANT. They will cut corners and take advantage of you. They will repeatedly make excuses for changing the order. They were unwilling to give me any schedule of what time the work would be done and randomly showed up. Don't expect to get what you ask for at all! You have been warned! I really regret hiring these people! They brought one adult and three teenagers to do the job. The teens broke my sprinkler lines twice! I fixed it myself the second time, so that I didn't have to deal with them anymore. Their installed sod/grass had many big spots of no grass that I had to fix myself. Save yourself from headaches and hire someone else! Bad quality work! read more
