In November, Tina, the owner, sent out an email saying she would be open for a couple hours that day. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it. Fast forward to this past Saturday (December) and they opened up their store front again for a couple hours. They used to have regular hours, but COVID has curbed that. I stopped in and was greeted by Tina and her husband who are so warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. I was able to get a fresh out of the oven blueberry muffin, chocolate chip cookies and pizza roll. I also purchased some frozen items including Russian black bagels, a loaf of rye, and vegan rolls. The chocolate chip cookie was amazing, the pizza roll was delicious and the blueberry muffin was out of this world. The breads and baked goods are moist, not crumbly and absolutely delicious. I want to give them 1 star for running out of the big cookie dough cupcake, but they get 5 starts for replacing that with 3 little cookie dough cupcakes to make up for it. The prices here are normal for what you are getting and the cupcakes themselves were pretty darn delicious. I highly recommend stopping at this truck for a treat if you see it!
