Gluten free people, this place is definitely for you! Being able to order anything off the menu is…read moresuch a treat! I had a nice lunch here on a Friday afternoon with friends; one of them being gluten free. If you plan on dining in, be prepared that you may have to wait as the indoor dining area is not very large. They also offer patio seating on nice days, though I'm not sure how large that area is. There is a large bakery case to the right when you walk in and my GF friend gravitated there and had to order her goodies right away to make sure they were secured while we waited for our table. She ordered 2 cinnamon rolls, a cookie, a pastry heart and one more item all for under $20. She enjoyed them all, the cinnamon rolls being her favorite. We were seated in about 10 minutes and brought drinks right away. We ordered an app sampler, fries, Cluck Norris (fried chicken sandwich) and a Turkey Reuben wrap. The wrap and also the sandwich came with a choice of greens, house chips, sauteed vegetables or an upgrade to fries or onion rings. My GF friend had the apps and fries since at many places she cannot have such things: it included mozzarella sticks, pretzel nuggets, Chicken fingers and fried pickle spears with all the accompanying dippers. She said the mozz sticks were a bit too thick for her/not hot enough because there wasn't a good cheese pull, but she thought everything tasted good. The fries were thin cut and tasted good, but she prefers a thicker fry as do I. The wrap was made with real, thick sliced turkey breast, not lunch meat, which was very exciting for me. It was moist and delicious. My other friend had not complaints about her Cluck Norris sandwich. Whether or not you are gluten free, I would recommend Kith & Kin for some good quality eats & baked goods! The staff was all super friendly, from the bakery area to the wait staff, not a mean mug in the house! haha

I would give this place 10 stars if possible. Inside a cute house is the dream cafe for anyone…read moreavoiding gluten and heaven for those of us with Celiac. Everything is gluten free!! I was diagnosed with Celiac 19 yrs ago and never thought I'd have a soft pretzel bite or tasty pastry again but somehow these magical chefs make it possible. I ate all the delicious pastries before remembering to take a photo but trust me you'll want one of everything. I can't accurately express how delicious everything I ate was. I might even make the trip from Tennessee again soon just to have more of their delicious food. Don't miss out on this place !!! Ps: service was great too

I am in love with Sassi Cakes' cupcakes! This was my second time catching her at the Plaza lunch…read moreconcerts and both times I enjoyed an amazing cupcake. The first time I had a peanut butter cup cupcake which was absolutely amazing- so much peanut butter and chocolatey flavor! The second time I had a cheesecake cupcake- which was even better! So much thought went into the cheesecake cupcake, the very bottom was a firm cheesecake crust, the body was a fluffy and moist cupcake, the frosting tasted like a flavorful cream cheese frosting, topped with a dab of jelly and sprinkled with cake crumbles... to die for!!! I tried to save it for dessert but absolutely couldn't resist! Can't wait to enjoy her more of her tasty creations!!!

Sassi Cakes....was it sassi? No actually, the employee working was friendly which was disappointing…read moresince I was expecting at least a little bit of sass, but I can get over that. I stopped at this food truck on food truck Tuesday in Larkin Square this week while looking for some dessert to follow up the other food truck I stopped at (3 total, I'm a disgusting monster). The line was pretty long (I guess other people also wanted cupcakes?) and well worth the wait. I want to give them 1 star for running out of the big cookie dough cupcake, but they get 5 starts for replacing that with 3 little cookie dough cupcakes to make up for it. The prices here are normal for what you are getting and the cupcakes themselves were pretty darn delicious. I highly recommend stopping at this truck for a treat if you see it!
