Vin-Chet is a gluten free bakery that makes breads, rolls, pizza dough, pastries, cupcakes, cookies, muffins, and more! I recently visited during their customer appreciation event and got to try several items. I loved their ginger molasses cookies, cupcake with peanut butter and jelly frosting, and coffee cake. I got 2 lemon poppy seed muffins and 2 orange cranberry muffins and they were huge AND delicious! The bakery also sells a few packaged items not made by them. Overall I was really impressed with the variety of baked goods in their case and the quality of everything I tried. Highly recommend!

Couldn't even peel the cookies apart .

Vin Chet's Gluten Free bakery is absolutely bonkers to me these days. I used to get goods from there back when my gluten free journey started about 12 years ago, and now I wouldn't bother for a single thing. I'm disgusted and disappointed in how their product quality has practically diminished completely; Crumby and solid cupcakes ( Good luck biting into them ) , and rubbery cookies? I've baked independently for YEARS, gluten free and gluten containing, and I can't wrap my head around how they achieved this consistency. Never again. The real kicker, after spending the $30 for these two things, & saying something to them about it, there's nothing they can do? We will definitely NOT be going back - They didn't even offer anything to replace it or swap it for anything else.

Have been getting food here for years! Thanks to my in-laws traveling through Buffalo. Finally got to come myself! Although everything is good. My favorite are the muffins and hot sandwhiches all gluten free of course! I would though like to see more options without Red 40. Kids with gluten allergies seem to be more sensitive to artifical colora

In the past I had signed up for text alerts and emails from Vin-Chet. Recently, I received a text alert that their freezer bread was on sale for $5 a loaf throughout the month of December. That is quite a deal. I stopped in on a Saturday morning and there were many items to choose from. I ended up getting two white breads, I wanted their cottage, but unfortunately they didn't have it in the freezer, a cinnamon raisin loaf, a black and white cookie and a peanut donut for $20. I have had the bread before and you can't taste that it is gluten free, which I like. The black and white cookie I had a day later and it was moist and delicious. The peanut donut I had that day and it was delicious. I would definitely get the donut again, and maybe try some other flavors, but I do really enjoy a peanut donut. Don't forget to sign up for their reward system because you can collect points for free items.

Wow. Forget about the gluten-free (GF) stereotypes! This place is amazing in its offerings, beautifully displayed baked goods and variety of products, from GF soup mix packages to party-sized cookie trays. A family member has been booted to the GF aisle (at least for now) and the journey has been frustrating and expensive. Brian's Best is exactly what it says: delicious, is local and found in the freezer section at select locations. BUT VIN CHET is a full blown BAKERY! Every single item in there is gluten-free. Not necessarily dairy free - - some things are. (That's the other piece of our dietary change, no dairy. Ack.) If your idea of GF is dry, cardboard dust mixed with wallpaper paste - run to Vin Chet (or visit their website to find a location that carries the products) for a delightfully inclusive (of your dietary needs) experience. The cupcakes, muffins, coffee cakes, almond rings, cookies and cakes looked like regular, upscale fresh baked goods behind their glass display cases. The prices were not outrageous like many GF products seem to be. A whole gorgeous cake might cost $35. The bread that is GF and Dairy Free is white (sigh) but a large variety of rolls (sub rolls, dinner rolls, etc.) are available. The grain breads contain dairy and were in the freezer. Oh my, the cinnamon raisin loaf looked like a regular loaf. Yummy. The frozen GF pizza dough was available in a wad for $6 or frozen GF pizzas with toppings were ready to take home and pop in the oven. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, ready to assist and undeterred by what must be the ten thousandth question about the products. I'll definitely return and hope everyone knows this centrally located Gluten-free bakery is a winner!

Half of our group (was a total of four of us) enjoyed their food. The restaurant was clean and bathroom smelled very pleasant. Pricing was fair for what was enjoyed. The focaccia bread was the star of the show for me. My guests enjoyed the shrimp scampi, but felt the portion was small and the salmon was delicious. I did taste a piece of the salmon and was jealous as I can confirm it was delicious...wonderfully seasoned and perfectly cooked. Con's: The other half of our party did not enjoy the food. Unfortunately, I was in that bunch. It was quite surprising as the menu is not robust at all; so our thought was that the items that ARE on the menu must be a delicious specialty. The private dining space was one of the standout features - beautiful natural light, a comfortable layout, and surprisingly effective glass walls that did an excellent job minimizing sound from both sides. The room's proximity to the restrooms was also a practical convenience for a larger group. Amanda, the catering manager, was exceptional throughout the planning process. She was highly responsive via email, proactive, accommodating to special requests, and genuinely receptive to feedback - exactly what you hope for when coordinating an event. Service during the dinner was equally strong. Sarah was an excellent server: attentive, thoughtful, kind, and wonderfully timely without ever feeling intrusive. Food-wise, there were many highlights. Choosing passed appetizers was slightly challenging, as the sharable options felt somewhat limited for a group setting. We opted for the charcuterie boards, which were enjoyable, though I would have loved to see additions like nuts and dried fruits to round them out. The harvest salad was the one dish that fell a bit flat for me - roasting the squash could have brought out more depth and sweetness. That said, the entrées were a clear success. The group cleaned their plates, with very few leftovers in sight. My filet was outstanding - I was presenting during dinner and ended up finishing part of it cold, and it was still delicious, which says a lot. And the espresso cheesecake that came home with me? So good, I could have demolished two slices! If I could suggest one enhancement, it would be a broader variety of catering dessert options, especially since items like crème brûlée don't translate especially well to to-go packaging. Overall: excellent service, a beautiful atmosphere, and delicious food. I would absolutely return to host another business dinner in the private space.

There was also more eggplant than there was Mozz and tomato- so I would suggest adding another couple slices to balance out every bite. I'd add a touch more balsamic too. Bison sliders 8/10 Meat was good, the slider burgers were pretty thick and juicy. I would recommend since they were so think maybe cooking them a minute less for a more medium cook. I liked the goat cheese paired with the meat but you really couldn't taste it, i wish there was more. I'm not sure if it was the onion jam or the blueberry BBQ but something was a little spicy. Bbq pork belly tacos 7/10 The pork was cooked great, and the bbq was a good flavor. I liked the idea behind the double shell (one hard, one corn tortilla), but I think it would have worked better if it was a flour tortilla because both shells ended up breaking and I needed to use a fork to eat it. Between the hard shell and the sweet potato crisps, there was too much crunch for me. I did like the pairing of the pineapple with the BBQ sauce.

There are 2 and it was good 2) Roasted Artichoke: it was really the heart with the stem, breaded, served with a very small amount of arugula, lots of shaved parmesan and a lemon wedge. This was very good- wish there was a bit more arugula. My bad for not ordering a salad 3) Bison Sliders: the blueberry BBQ sauce intrigued me. They had several different Benny's but most importantly they had authentic homemade corned beef hash, which is always my test of a place that serves breakfast. I went for their cowboy Benny which had corned beef hash underneath the perfectly prepared eggs. Their home fries were just right with peppers and onions (there is a slight up charge). My dining partners' selections were prepared perfectly as well!! perfectly prepared food that tasted delicious with a great atmosphere and superb staff! My coffee was so good and the waitress kept a careful eye and when the cup dropped below the midpoint level she was there to top it off. One of the pleasant surprises was Joe who knew where I lived in New Jersey and had vacationed in Ocean City, New Jersey which was the vacation location of one of us but during her youth. what a great place for breakfast and I'm sure we will return there again. upon leaving. Joe gave us each a lollipop and I even got a chest bump from Joe!
