Stopped in before a meeting to grab a SINGLE treat, and ended up leaving with three, haha! I got the strawberry pop tart, cinnamon roll, and lemon cream turnover. All three were so delicious with the pop tart and cinnamon roll being standouts for me. Everything I saw was priced between $2 and $5, so an affordable place if you're looking for a yummy treat in a beautiful space. Looking forward to going back to try something new next time.

Niagara street sure has changed since the past years. Such welcomed new development, has changed the whole landscape of the area. It was only right for, Frost Artisan Bakery to find a home here. FAB is available to make custom cakes and other desserts, for all types of events or special occasions. I came to browse over their dessert case. Everything look amazing, and if you know me. I purchased a few things. It's ok to lose control, when so many interesting desserts are in front of you. I forgot to ask, but I'm not sure if the desserts in the case. Are the regular staples, or they rotate with different varieties depending on the week. That's the question I'll ask on my next visit. Cheesecake- Sponge Candy..Wow that was really good. I love the fact the cheesecake was fluffy and light. Not to light to lose its texture (which is smooth), but just right with substance. The caramel drizzle, and pieces of sponge cake. Was done perfectly Cheesecake- Strawberry.. Was just ok.. The cheesecake had the same texture, as the sponge cake cheesecake. But at times I got a hint of sourness. Not sure, if the cheesecake has a sour cream component to it. But it tasted like it did to me. I would've prefer a sweeter taste instead. (Just a touch) Cupcakes- (red velvet, mango margarita, churro) Red velvet.. You know any bake goods, that is not dry is a winner. Especially, when it comes to red velvet. This cupcake was really good, and I loved the cream cheese frosting Mango margarita- This was a surprise, I thought it was going to be overly sweet. But it wasn't.. the texture of the cupcake is more dense, similar to a crumb cake. But it works for this dessert Churro- If you like spice cakes, then this cupcake is for you. Absolutely loved the frosting. Cake- Orange creamsicle.. 3 layers of goodness. This cake didn't just look good, but it tasted just as good. The cake had just the right amount of frosting, and perfect amount of sweetness. The shortbread cookie crumb, was a really good touch to it.

    Peanut butter cheesecake, mmm WOW!

EVERYTHING was great. Cheesecake was rich and tasty. Cupcakes were out of this world. And more. The people were friendly and well educated and willing to share. You are on the top of my list. I will be back.

Mom's beautiful artisan spring bouquet of flowers for her 90th Birthday. Roses, sunflowers, hydrangeas, greenery. Just a magnificent cake!

Although I was the only customer, I had to wait a while before I was waited on; don't know why. Had a biscotti, which was nothing special.

Bakery is nothing to look at, but the cupcakes were beautiful, in a beautiful clear bubble pack that was solid. Almost a work of art. The flavors were all well received. A giant cupcake painted on the wall adds even more drama to the whole picture. I agree, I'm not the one who should judge the taste of cupcakes, but what I tried was very good. The texture of Cookies and Cream was moist with a firm beautifully swirled frosting made of vanilla buttercream. The Butterfinger was even better. The best thing about my experience was that it didn't feel like eating pure sugar. All ingredients were nicely balanced and truly satisfying. We visited on Saturday very early afternoon. I knew the best way to have what is most desirable is pre ordering. From the eight kinds of cupcakes offered this day, we were able to have just two. Everything else was already sold out. Babycakes Cupcakery offers more than just regular cupcakes. I saw photos of beautifully decorated mini cakes and jumbo cupcakes. I would definitely treat someone I like with their luscious creations. I enjoyed it fully on my special day.

Inside, along with a nice size seating area to eat and bakery ordering line, they have ready made baked goods throughout many different bakery cases and fridges, as well as pre-packaged options. Everything from kringles to cookies and scones to cupcakes and full custom cakes. I had read about legendary cinnamon scones and have been a huge scone kick (especially cinnamon!), so I had to try them. Not only do they make cinnamon though, they take a unique approach to their fruit scones by filling them with fruit jelly, so of course I tried a lemon blueberry filled scone too. The filled ones are better in theory than practice. The lemon flavor of the dough was almost nonexistent and the blueberry jam didn't spread well enough to help out the other lacking flavors. The cinnamon scone absolutely could have potential, but unfortunately mine was overly hard and crumbly - I wish I had asked for a specific, newer and lesser-baked one, but such is life :)

The croissants are exceptional. Golden and flaky. And the fillings are where things get really special. We tried two but bought a variety, and each one has its own personality. We paired our croissants with a London Fog and a mocha, both solid. They also have fresh juices and water available, which is a nice touch. The cafe itself is clean, bright, and inviting. Parking had ample spots available. The staff were warm, friendly, and clearly take pride in what they serve and how they treat customers. It looks like they make custom cakes too. The hand-drawn logo alone tells you the level of artistry and care this place operates with. Highly recommend. Don't sleep on this place.

The cakes were so balanced between a light and airy cake and wonderfully flavored, not too sweet, fillings and icings. I have sensitive teeth so the fact I ate 4 slices without any problem really was great for me. Just the right amount of sugar to let the flavors pop. We ended up ordering a 2 tier cake and 2 1/2 sheets of cake for $400. What I believed to be a steal for that much wedding cake. Excellent experience. Both times we taste tested and came back to place the deposit, I ordered a croissant, 1 biscoff and 1 tiramisu custard. The croissants are the best I've had. The perfect texture and her spreads inside are amazing. Katya is wonderful and we really love her small bakery. Wishing her all the success she can handle.

I stopped at this food truck on food truck Tuesday in Larkin Square this week while looking for some dessert to follow up the other food truck I stopped at (3 total, I'm a disgusting monster). The line was pretty long (I guess other people also wanted cupcakes?) and well worth the wait. I want to give them 1 star for running out of the big cookie dough cupcake, but they get 5 starts for replacing that with 3 little cookie dough cupcakes to make up for it. The prices here are normal for what you are getting and the cupcakes themselves were pretty darn delicious. I highly recommend stopping at this truck for a treat if you see it!
