The tacos were beyond palatable and mouthwatering in every single bite. Even though the Sactown Fire Tacos were super tasty, I favored the Dirty Diana tacos more because the flavor was more in-depth. The inside of the restaurant was small and cozy, with a decent handful of tables and chairs available. The service was amiable. The price point of the food was not too shabby. Once a week, its in elk Grove at the above mentioned address. The trailer is parked along a street thus providing poor parking. It is primarily a takeout and has many different items available. Once you place your order a pager is given which lets you know when your order is ready. The quality is first rate and the prices are fair for what you're getting. The staff is very friendly and know the product well. They serve Ribs, Beef Brisket, Tri-Tip, Pull Pork, Chicken and, All Beef Hot or Mild Links. The sides are Potato Salad, Green Beans, Baked Beans, & Cole Slaw. Sims' Southern Punches looked really good! I had the ribs with potato salad and beans. Really excellent, although I did find the brown barbecue sauce to be a little strong for me. The quality of the ribs and taste really hit the spot! I finally made the trek (is super close). It's located in the parking lot even though Google Maps tells you it's in their admin building. I showed up and was third in line. As soon as I ordered, 7 more cars pulled in. The breakfast burritos are the size of a small baby. They're so big but so good! I had chorizo, mild and no pico. The staff is super nice. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

But let's be real -- it's the food that separates them. I know people say hibachi is hibachi, but trust me... it's not. I love hibachi, and this is on another level. It took me right back to the first time I fell in love with it -- the flavor, the texture, the way everything is cooked and seasoned. It just hits different. And here's my advice -- don't wait until you have a big event to experience it. Track down their truck and go get a plate for yourself.
