They have a welcoming, cozy ambience and I would recommend this place for anyone who wanted a good, affordable meal. We all got drinks - multiple refills, two plates of appetizers (cream cheese rangoons, foil chicken, egg rolls and fried shrimp), and 9 plates of entrees for the entire family for only $160. For Valentine's Day Dinner, my wife suggested to eat somewhere close to after our toddler had a meltdown. When walking up to Red Chopstix, the parking lot was packed with cars. Entering the restaurant, it was equally packed with lots of customers. We patiently waited for a table and sat down. We decided to order Family Dinner #C for 2. Family Dinner #C consisted of wonton soup, cheese wontons, fried shrimp, house special fried rice, shrimp with cashew nuts, and beef and mushroom. Wonton soup was very savory. Soup wontons almost big as two meatballs, both my wife and daughter loved it. House special fried rice... man, that was delicious! It had shrimp, egg, pork and beef bits mixed with diced vegetables and rice. Fried shrimp and cheese wontons were next and it came out crunchy and hot. Dip it in the sauce and oohhh. Mhm great. Shrimp with cashew nuts and beef and mushroom came out last but as soon as we tried it, we couldn't stop eating it. Still one of my favorite Chinese restaurant in my area. Food is always delicious/ flavorful and cooked fast. The owner is so friendly and attentive. She knows all her regulars by their first names and also their orders. I requested customized food options that aren't on their menu and the owner would ask the chefs to accommodate to those requests. So amazing and I would consider those as the secret menu dishes. Wow. Been living in EG for 20+ years. Have never tried this spot until 2026 LOL. But this is our new default Chinese spot. One of the things that demonstrated their quality was from one dish. Their 'Beef & Broccoli'. We doordashed this several times, and it was 1) always consistent 2) beef was not chewy/gamey, it was very tender and had a nice bite to it 3) the broccoli was always fresh; firm and crisip, yet still held the sauce well. My order is usually is ready within minutes and the place has a pretty large parking lot but there are other retailers in the plaza so depending on the time you go you may park far. Wow! Once again, exceptionally and dramatically surprised with the level of the deep and savory taste of every dish that we ordered. Usually when you go to a restaurant, most of the items on their menu have a very similar taste and texture. At this fine establishment, each and every dish we ordered displayed their own "Singularity of depth and flavor" that encapsulated their own distinct and succulent taste. The meal we enjoyed was quite scrumptious and delicious! Kudos to Lana and Wendy for their exceptional ability to describe unfamiliar dishes with such detail and sincerity, that we actually ordered more menu items that we had orginally intended to order. God bless leftovers and doggie bags, LOL! This is a meal that we will definitely enjoy for few days... If I had to re-name this restaurant, I would re-name it to "Golden chopsticks" or "Heavenly meal!" On our next visit, we will make sure to take plenty of pictures and post them on Yelp. The veggies are bland, I had to add soy sauce and red chili oil to try and add some flavor. The portion was also fairly small. Keep it mind it was a lunch combo but for those who are used to leftovers (which my friend had with her sesame chicken and rice combo), the veggies may not meet your goal of two meals in one.
