Okay guys and gals the chop salad is a great starter salad with a great vinaigrette and salami, big enough to share. The mushroom risotto is amazing probably the best I have ever had. For the steaks at Elisabettas, I have eaten at all the high end steaks restaurants in OKC and I think this place is the best! Great service and atmosphere. We have been three times but I cannot recommend Elisabetta. I like that they give you a tasting of Prosecco at the onset. The first time they used to have some breadsticks to nibble on, but they appear to have discontinued that. The oysters were OK, but they were the most expensive I've ever had. The yellowfin carpaccio was small and uninteresting. The pork chop was butterfly, breaded, and baked, but was tough and tasteless. The crispy potatoes sounded interesting, but I'd rather have good hand cut fries. The pistachio ice cream was soft serve vanilla with a pistachio dusting. This was our second time dining at Elisabetta, and unfortunately, it was not as great as our first. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. and sat at the bar since it was nearly empty. Our bartender was training and did a wonderful job! Then, despite the bar being almost completely empty, the host seated another couple directly between us and another man. We were suddenly packed together with no personal space, making it difficult to enjoy our own conversation when there were plenty of other open seats available. As for the food, it didn't justify the price. We paid $28 for a shrimp cocktail that consisted of basic medium-sized shrimp. The Caesar salad was beautifully presented, but it was far too large for two people to reasonably finish. The pasta we ordered was flavorful, but it would be better with a protein added. Overall it wasn't the best experience compared to my five star review six months ago, but we will try it again. read more

My husband and I swinged for a spontaneous dinner on a Friday night. The parking lot was on the fuller side and that's because they share plaza parking. The staff was really sweet and accommodating. They found us a table without a reservation. Once we were seated we were surprised with complimentary champagne . They had both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available. Came here for a fun girls' night out and loved every minute! The oysters tasted like the ocean and the housemade focaccia (with that life-changing butter) was deliciously cozy. Elisabetta was fabulous. The Italian Ricotta Doughnuts with Lemon Curd were out-of-this-world good, and remarkably moist and tasty. I had the rigatoni with meatballs, and Cindi had the special pork ragout, which was on a bed of pasta of which I cannot remember. Both pasta dishes were wonderful. Rachel Cope has outdone herself with this one. The space is absolutely gorgeous, with dark green and gold all around. The food is exquisite. The fennel pollen in the butter for crab claws blew my mind. I was putting that butter on everything lol The beef tartare was fantastic, I'm not sure if the chili is usually on the side or not, but I'm glad it was. I'm a wimp with spice and that chili packed a punch. The squid ink bucatini...shut the front door. I have never tasted so many layers of flavor and complexity in a sauce before. We had to get some bread so we didn't leave any behind. The potatoes with vinegar and salt were perfectly crispy on the outside, cooked evenly and fluffy in the middle, with a mild hint of the vinegar and a delicious aioli to dip them in. We didn't have room for dessert, but trust me, we will be back. The cocktails were delicious and very well balanced. The wine and cocktail list has lots of great options for everybody and there are some great mocktails on there as well. A wonderful touch was the complimentary prosecco when we sat down, and they even had a non-alcoholic option available which just shows their attention to detail. Great job, Rachel. This is a delayed review, but still worth writing. We went in one Saturday night with a reservation. Right when we entered the power went out. The staff and manager did a great job handling the situation. I had driven from Tulsa to have the best martini in the state. They let us sit and enjoy some drinks in the dark while they tried to determine if they could stay open. I was beyond thrilled to get my martini with caviar olives but sad to not enjoy again one of the best meals I had in 2025. Hopefully I can make it back by the end of the year. We arrived at at 5:30pm on a weekday and they didn't seem busy at all. But by the time we left before 7pm, the place was busy and bustling. Reservations are recommended. We got the Crab Claws appetizer and these were fresh and amazing. The Caesar Salad was good, the dressing was a little different from normal. The Squid Ink Pasta could've used a little more bold flavor, it was a tad too bland. The Seabass was not flaky like how I like it but the sauce is good. Signature Grill makes a better Seabass. We got 2 desserts to share. The Chocolate Tart tasted like s'mores, it was chocolate mousse and lightly charred marshmallows. I would rather just have s'more instead. The Strawberry Parfait on the other had was delicious. Reminds me of the fruit parfait from Paseo Grill. The music was a bit too loud anwhen it go busy, couldn't quite hear my dinner partner. We both had to repeat what we were saying a few times. Expect to pay for fine dining. I think if you know what to order it may be worth it. Overall it was a positive experience. One of the best new restaurants in OKC we've been to! Upscale and beautifully designed atmosphere. Our server, Charles, was excellent--attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. Service started a bit slow, but once we placed our orders, everything moved along smoothly. As a lovely surprise, we were offered complimentary champagne, possibly because they're newly opened. It was delicious and set a great tone for the meal. Caesar salad was bursting with bright flavors, and I loved their vinaigrette--it was a fresh take on a classic Caesar dressing. The lobster tortelloni was outstanding--light yet creamy, with a delightful citrusy balance. We took Charles's recommendation and ordered the braised short rib, which did not disappoint. A new Italian restaurant at the old Chae/Louies on N Western. Very nice decor, but the house music vibe didn't match the restaurant- go with more Sinatra/Tony Bennett. You have to make a reservation on their website. We were promptly seated upon arrival. Complimentary glass of Prosecco is served as your seated. Bread sticks on table were not exciting- change to a sourdough or get some table breads. Ordered two apps/ meatballs and a chickpea panelle. Meatballs were 5/5, panelle was 3.5/5. Entrees: Taglione- Sea Bass- Pork Chop. All 3 were very nice, 4/5. The pork chop is more like a schnitzel, and was just a tad overcooked. Service: good, somewhat slow and disjointed, but they've only been open a few days so that didn't bother me- and I don't like to be rushed at this type of meal. It was very friendly and our sever was knowledgeable. Nice bar- enough wine selection to be interesting, but not expansive. Pet peeve: as is custom in many OKC, restaurants, many of the patrons come underdressed, including wearing ball caps. I wish establishments would enforce a no cap policy at more upscale restaurants. People just don't seem to know better that this is not a neighborhood bar, it is an upscale dining experience, and it takes away from others enjoyment by dressing down when people are dressed up. We will definitely go back as I felt like it was an overall good experience. This is not the Italian food you will get in New York City , Chicago or Providence, which I think is the best in the US. But it was still a strong effort. read more

Overall good experience. Went for a girls night. The decor and atmosphere is amazing and beautiful. Loved that they gave you a free glass of prosecco when you sat down at the table. We started with the gnocco fritto, not that impressive. Then we ordered the crispy potatoes for the table and those were delicious. I hade the lobster tortelloni. It was decent but there is not enough lobster for the price, would not get again. We split the zeppoles for dessert and they were very good. When brought to table, I knew something was wrong- Risotto was brown with a crispy top. Gave it a try, dug my spoon in, pulled up gooey stringy cheese(definitely not Parmigiano Reggiano) & lots of butter pooled at bottom of dish. Taking first bite, definite Burnt risotto, we sent back to kitchen! Staff was Very Apologetic, they said they were still trying to figure out the Risotto! Hard to understand, I am not a chef, but I cook a lot of different risotto at home. Pretty straight forward, lots of care in stirring to prevent burning & Quality ingredients & never tons of melted butter in bottom of dish! My absolute favorite was the Mezzaluna. The blend of earthy bold and cheesy goodness was from another world! This is hands down my favorite dish I've had in Oklahoma. I would ask for a booth since the tables can be a little cramped. After trying much of their menu over 3 seatings. The restaurant itself is located near Classen curve (literally right down the street) I had a reservation set for 5pm but I knew we were going to be late because the traffic sucked so we called the front and they were extremely understanding. Walking into the restaurant, the vibes were there beautiful bar section, dark, green, booths, and intimate table settings when we got seated, we were offered complementary Prosecco so that was a great start to the night. Our server, Anna was the sweetest ever and she did an amazing job. We got the focaccia and the meatballs to start, and when I say this was the best focaccia I've ever had, it was. The meatballs were also very good and definitely recommend. For entrées, we got the short rib and the pasta. Both of these dishes were fantastic. The asparagus included with the short rib needs to be its own side because it was phenomenal. We got the pistachio soft serve for dessert and wow it was amazing. I was really excited to try this place but it fell short to expectation. We got the meatballs and cacio pepe appetizers. The meatball was all pork and our server said it would be super moist but it wasn't. It was a bit dry but flavorful. I wish it had more fat inside or something to keep the moisture. The flavor profile made up for the dryness. The cacio de pepe was good. Very different than anything I've ever had. For pasta we had the mezzaluna pasta dish. That was our favorite dish of the night. I love mushroom and stuffed pasta. It was a bit tarter than what I thought but it was still delicious. For our entree we got the sea bass with the risotto. The sea bass was over cooked and was a bit dry. It had a great crisp but I think because it's a thicker cut, it was dried out. I did enjoy the artichoke and green sauce that accompanied it. It complimented it very well. The risotto was terrible. Such a huge disappointment!! It was overly salted and wasn't creamy. We didn't even have more than a few bites of it. Service was amazing!! Abe was great! There was a messed up with our check but it was resolved. He apologized for his error. He gave us all of the suggestions and was very happy. I appreciated being greeted with a glass of prosecco. The place is super cute. Our table was definitely meant for a couple instead of a girls night out. However, the other night we were there with another couple to celebrate my husband's birthday and so we had a table. The main dinner menu is extremely limited and there is nothing creative about it. I think their appetizers and pastas are innovative and delicious but the dried basil on the Mezzaluna was a joke. The service wasn't up to what the restaurant aspires to. The server only addressed and made eye contact to one person at the table (which was easy, because he was gregarious) but everyone else was pretty much ignored. Came here on Saturday night and excited to try it. We came in at the time o our reservation and were immediately seated. It was a nice corner booth. The atmosphere is nice dim lighting and cozy seating. Our server came up and introduced herself and poured everyone a complimentary glass of Prosecco. She then told us about the restaurant and gave us a little time to look over the menu. We started off with the Meatballs Amatriciana - served hot, they were delicious. The bread they serve is a perfect vehicle to dunk in the pool of tomato sauce that the meatballs are in. We then ordered our entrees, Mezze Rigatoni, two orders of Lobster Tortelloni and two orders of Braised Short Rib. We also ordered a side of crushed potatoes. The rigatoni was good, the lobster torelloni had great flavor but the pasta itself was a little more than al dente. The braised short rib was good but could be better. The red wine demi-glace tasted more like a dark brown gravy on pot roast, The meat was good along with the asparagus. The side of crushed potatoes were inedible. They were supposed to be crispy but instead were loaded with grease and that's all you could taste. No malt vinegar. Very disappointing because the description sounded delicious. Atmosphere 10 out of 10, Service 10 our of 10. The food more like a 7 or 8. I will definitely be back again. So many other delicious sounding things to try out on our next visit. read more
