I recently had my windows tinted at Elite Auto Body Tint and the result was not as I expected. I was told if I wasn't satisfied to bring my car back. I was not satisfied with the clear UV tint and they would not re-do the tint as they had previously stated. Lent particles and dirt were under the tint, they would not fix their mistake. Thank you Rusty and Hutch!! (I'm sorry in advance if I spelled your names wrong). I had my car door from the drivers seat stuck, there was no way of opening it from outside or inside. I was recommended to them by a neighbor and was told to take my car in so they can diagnose it. Seems my door latch was old and of no use, so I had to order a special piece for my Chevy Malibu since it wasn't a common part. I got the part and took my car in so they could install the piece and fix my naked door (literally stripped away). It took them some time since chevies are a hassle to work with but they did such a good job at putting everything back together! I recently had a fantastic experience with Elite Auto body. My rocker panels on both sides of my Fiat 500E were starting to separate. My first concern was that the exposed areas would let in water (rain, car was) and that would damage the battery. My second concern was aesthetics. Hutch, (the owner) took a look, and firstly explained that the battery was sealed so not to worry about water damage. He then explained some of the options to fix the issue. He was honest and open about pricing. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, and he was very accommodating. He said that he could try rig the old panels, and quoted me a very fair price.
