Politeness and care was taken into consideration when talking to the owner of shop. I am a survivor of stroke that took place March 12, 2022. The only thing that is lacking is short term memory loss and that is challenging me when talking about mechanical issues regarding my Fiat 500L Trekking model. This is a 2014. My only main concern is driving to Plano because I am currently fighting dehydration and a sinus infection. With no air in car that poses a big problem with my own body and trying to push fluids is difficult enough.

I hadn't had any issues with the vehicles transmission since and the price was very fair. This week I had issues with power steering where it would work intermittently. I brought the vehicle in worried I might need to drop hundreds or more on a 13 year old car. The shop identified the issue as a loose connection on the battery terminal and tightened it down at no charge. For all I knew, they could have easily said it was something else and charged hundreds to fix or at the very least charged me for 1/2 an hour of labor, but they didn't. During their inspection, they noticed the oil filter and drain plug were leaking from an oil change I had done at Take 5 only two hours earlier. I'm extremely thankful they caught it. If I hadn't brought it in the same day, I could have ended up with a major engine problem. The only other minor issue I've ever had was a couple of years ago when my Pacifica's strut replacement was delayed, probably because of parts availability.
